TIDBIT: SPUTNIK CLAIMS ENERGY WEAPONS BASED ON “NEW PHYSICS ...

And in the light of today's main blog's reference to Mr. Dmitri Medvedev's statements a month before the Chelyabinsk meteor incident, when he stated that Russia should destroy errant asteroids with thermonuclear weapons or "other means," maybe we're getting a hint of those "other means" in this strange article of assertions from Sputnik, shared by Mr. N.R.:

'Indirect Physical Impact': Russia Tests Unequaled Energy Weapon

Just for the interest of keeping the info together..

Even Tesla said NEW PHYSICS… or (wink to the Dr) Old Ancient Paleo Not New Physics that we’ve managed to get our grubby hands on………..again.

“The voltage for propelling the beam to its objective, according to the inventor, will attain a potential of 80,000,000 volts.”……

I cant find the article anymore (no really, I’ve spent over an hour looking for the darn thing.. censored??), but I linked an article which supported the theory that multiple impact craters (on Mars, Moon, etc) were likely caused by v high DC..

I’m inclined to believe that they just waited to steal the sum of his work upon his death and took all the research deep black. I also have little doubt that other nations have been working on such technologies as well as demonstrated recently by the Russians.
Whether or not it could prevent a nuclear war would depend on who actually has properly, as advertised, functioning equipment and who initiates the first strike. Tesla “defense domes” would be the wet dream of any military.
The fact that he stated he could split the planet in two through resonance effects is rather impressive also.

it sounds like laser with a little hot sauce on the side. maser? anyone remember when jfk jr was looking like a real problem for the clinton/bush cabal? his small aircraft broke up over water with no likely splanation besides someone took it apart in small pcs with a long reach apparently non impact weapon. not much later there was a clinton in congress for ny.

    • WalkingDead on November 4, 2016 at 12:40 pm

Laser is light or photons, Maser is microwave or electromagnetic, both are coherent beams of energy. Both pack enormous energy into their tight beams. Lasers can be both visible and invisible, masers are invisible.

The key here is the sentence:
“”It has an indirect physical impact on air-borne equipment of planes and UAVs, and neutralizes high-precision weapons,” he said.

This sounds more like a way to shut-down electronics than it does a ‘boom’ or melt weapon. (This would also go along with the “USS Donald Cook” incident.) With everything being ‘gee-whizzed’ with electronics in the West, this should be very effective.

We should ask the Russians if this works on dumb-bombs or analog systems…

Only by melting a hole through them.

Present your rayguns, blasters, phasers, photon torpedoes ready aim fire. This does present the question do they intend to use these weapons against nuclear attack. If WW III brakes out does this makes such a war possible instead of preventing it what a irony that would be.

Maybe Tom Bearden actually knew what he was talking about when tried to warn the USSA, which is woefully behind in such technologies according to him. This may or may not be the case, who knows what they have sequestered in those super secret bases. I have always found his website to be rather interesting.
They are most certainly hyping the “ETI” meme lately for some reason. I would be extremely suspicious of any sudden appearances of “benevolent alien craft”, especially if they looked “just like us”. Of course, if you’re a breakaway group who wants to “walk as gods among men” and assume control of the earth, this might be one way to go about it. You could always play the “religious” card in the game as well. There is that mention of a “strong delusion” just before the defecation hits the rotary oscillator. I seriously doubt that any actual “aliens” would show up here just to draw crop circles and play head games with us, benevolent or otherwise. Methinks something much less savory and much more local is afoot.
I seriously doubt they would risk such craft in Syria; too much risk for too little gain. However, if you wanted to “unite the world under one government” against a common foe , as Reagan put it, it might be worth the risk.
Any “new physics” being touted, is probably the physics of the black projects world and has been in use for decades per Ben Rich. Mainstream physics has been purposely hosed using people like Stephen Hawkins (who by the way most likely died a long time ago and has been replaced by several actors over the years) and other talking heads. Its use of “fudges” and “virtual particles” has it so messed up it will take decades to fix. They have abandoned the “physicality” of physics for this nonsense. Mainstream physics just can’t seem to question the “old masters” who were human and made mistakes just like everyone else, mistakes which have been carried through to today in the foundation of mainstream physics.
These are my thoughts on the matter.

I’m on the same page as you WD re Stephen Hawking as well as the likelihood of black budget technologies being used in the ME. I put the comments re UFOs down to western drones as oppose to flying saucers.

      • sagat1 on November 3, 2016 at 10:43 am

…black budget technologies being used in the ME being slim.

New physics?? So they’ve started counting in base 60 again?
This is probably what knocked out the Donald Cook electronics.

Modern weapons and modern smooth roads too considering the cold weather in Siberia. Economy in tatters? Most certainly in the western world it is with craters and all on our roads.

Just the thing for taking down “Unidentified Flying Objects” over Syria?
