Support Procedures & White Papers
Hi folks. If you're having trouble with viewing member content or another issue, please remember that we can only support you if you use the support form on the site. We can't respond to support requests through social media or other venues. On the member white papers, there's an excellent fix in the Support FAQ on the site for anyone experiencing the "document you have requested does not exist" message. This is a disagreement between Microsoft and Google, but we've provided a workaround. We'll always be proactive about publishing known solutions in the FAQ first, so we can refer anyone else there that has the same issue.
