BACK TO ARGENTINA… A TIDBIT OF INFORMATION FROM AN UNUSUAL ...

But first, a word for the international readership about the source of this article. This comes from Mr. Lyndon LaRouche's "LaRouchepac" organization. For those who do not know, Mr. LaRouche was often a candidate for President running as a Democrat. Some readers here are old enough to remember his occasional appearances on television outlining his program. For his views, some allege that Mr. LaRouche was targeted for prison on tax charges, which he did serve time for. What many people outside of the USA are unaware of is that Mr. LaRouche, whatever one might think of some of his ideas or political views, ran and continues to run a well-informed private intelligence network, publishing its own newsletter under the name of Executive Intelligence Review. Whatever his political views or "larger scenarios", oftentimes there are tidbits of information that his organization somehow manages to uncover. With these caveats in mind, I share the article, for it contains a bit of information which, if true, sheds yet more light on the developing story between Argentina and the various hedge funds:

Here it is again:
"The government bill proposing to open a new voluntary debt swap to restructured bondholders under Argentina law, to be debated in the Senate on Aug. 27, also authorizes the Finance Ministry to “take necessary steps” to remove BoNY as the country’s trustee bank for the 2005 and 2010 debt restructuring. BoNY violated the terms of the restructuring contract, by failing to pay bondholders on the June 30 deadline, despite the fact that Argentina deposited $539 million in BoNY’s account for that purpose on June 27.
"Capitanich also pointed out that a group of hedge funds, including George Soros’s Quantum Partners and Kyle Bass’s Hayman Capital, has filed a lawsuit against BoNY in London, demanding a 226-million-euro interest payment, blocked by New York Judge Thomas Griesa last month. The New York Times reported Tuesday that the plaintiffs argue that, since the interest payment they are owed is governed by British law, Griesa has overstepped his jurisdiction in blocking their payment."
In other words, behind the troubles, there are lawsuits from Soros et al trying to recover monies owed to them under British law, that were blocked by an American judge. And behind Argentina's move to ban BoNy from that country is the astonishing allegation that that nation did deposit $539 million as part of the payment on debt restructuring.
That raises some thorny questions: why didn't the bank pay it out (if in fact the Argentine government deposited those funds), and if it received those monies, where are they now?
Given the mess that seems to be increasingly in evidence, including Argentine lawsuits of a Dutch bank over its involvement in the LIBOR rigging scandal, one gets the distinct impression that something very murky is afoot and lurking behind the scenes.
This is a story that's not going to go away quietly into the night, for one notes that Mr. Soros and Mr. Bass are not filing suits against Argentina, but rather against BoNY.
This is one to pay very close attention to folks.

Argentina to get $1 bn in currency swap with China before the end of 2014. The total deal is worth $11. As before Argentina is suffering from capital flight. Glad to see people outside of Holland know the Dutch Royalty a bit and their relationship to Argentina which goes quite a ways back. LaRouche has been covering this issue of a Sovereign Nation, and here such as Argentina, but concerning the United States, and certainly the BRICS, which is the fulfillment of his “Survival Club” idea, of a Sovereign Nation to say no to such speculative activities that put the people of a nation, the nation at self at risk and beholden to these private financial entities which are nothing more than a modern manifestation of the British sponsored ‘Pirates’ flying the ‘Skull and Bones’.
Yes this is a very significant move by Argentina, which had acted in such a fashion before and now carries on again at a very significant point in history.

Now this would also make sense of Kissenger’s apparent about face on NWO aims, LaRouche would love it as Argentina has always been at loggerheads with “It’s The British!” Plus this is Nazi land isn’t it? And LaRouche and Kissenger were very active in South America at one stage. Looks to me like NWO is looking South and is abandoning Middle East and Eastern Europe. And all those South Americans crossing the border into USA? That has got to fit in as well there somewhere. I heard an interesting snippet in some obscure interview that looked a bit dodgy, cannot remember who, but I did file the information away in the back of my mind. It’s sad because he does have some interesting ideas regarding the economy:reestablishment of glass-steagall, a national bank. But I doubt many people view the old smoke belching pittsburgh as the new model of Eden.
Well yes, some wackiness about ‘greenies’, but it is not all like that for now LaRouche is against Fracking which he calls suicidal in its destruction of the water tables and a lame attempt at energy independence.
The issue is to move forward scientifically towards Fusion which now he praises the Chinese as the leading nation on the planet for their move to mine the moon for He3, for Helium Fusion plant, to yes replace coal.
The old smoke belching Pittsburgh made America a modern nation, but because of Vietnam and an induced hatred of technological industrial progress, reinvestment towards new cleaner plants and towards fusion was scuttled. Now we just let the pollution happen in China, while we reveal in post-industrial smugness, quadrillions in derivatives debt and perpetual war, so the financial oligarchy can stay in business.

Argentina is tired of getting screwed and the rest of the World has gotten tired of the abuse that accompanies $USD/WRC. `Tis amazing how little press this LIBOR suite is getting.

The comments coming from the Council on Foreign Affairs and an editorial from Mr. Kissinger concerning the U.S. miss using and overstepping its international and national power. Leads me to think there are plans for change in the current system that controls the U.S. policies. These movements are in the background for now but the parties leading the global power structure will be moving players around soon. Mr. Farrell has eluded to a possible muscle flexing by one of these powers in his Blog post: NEWS AND VIEWS FROM THE NEFARIUM SEPT 4 2014.

I am starting to expect a new aproach (from Dr. Farrell) on these issues, or any issue involving the “anglosphere” and/or Wall Street. Hidden Nazis can no longer explain a lot of modern madness. A part yes, but certainly not all. The gorila is in the room and very few dare to talk about it. In a sense, I understand Dr. Farrell´s caution (and of this community) but not total silence.
Assuming Larouche correct about the half billion dollars on account for debt payment at the Bank of NY/Mellon (and this kind of thing needs stronger sourcing): Well, the obvious reason for refusing payment is usually that acceptance of the payment would mean acknowledging that either the payment would cover the whole debt, or that the payment’s acceptance would mean that an entirely new payment schedule and even likely new lower total had been accepted by the creditor.
So the creditor, or the insurer of the creditor, refuses payment so as to be able to get more monies at a later date. (The other parties, Soros here, say but we’re part of this and expect payment today.)
There are reasons big city lawfirms have partners who specialize in “fiduciary [ir]responsibility”.
This could well be the explanation.
