TIDBIT: THE VIEW ON SYRIA FROM RT

Mr. K.L. shared this article about Russia and its intervention in Syria, and given today's main blog topic, this provides some addition context from which to view my high octane speculation of the day:

Live from New York, it’s ‘Putin the Great’

The eyes of the entire world are on what Russia is doing in Syria at the moment. Do you believe that Putin will do anything other than what he has stated he intends to do? He has captured control of the situation from the West and will not risk losing it by attacking civilians openly or accidentally if he can help it in any way.
Radical Muslims forces are notorious for using human shields when threatened and will not hesitate to do so now. It’s their modus operendi; don’t look for that to change now that they are actually being targeted by a force that means to destroy them; look for it to escalate. When it does, how do you think the MSM will spin it?
As DB says, believe just the opposite of what you read in the MSM most of the time concerning the war on terror.
I would not want to be caught driving a new, white Toyota anywhere in Syria/ISIS controlled territory at the moment.

News Flash: CNN employing nearly identical scrolling headline title right now. Actual article title much different and content does not provide a basis for the inflammatory headline.

If you happen to catch this comment soon after posting surf over to the CBC.ca website. On their scrolling one-liner headlines at the top of the main page there is a story titled “Russia strikes in Syria may have hit non-ISIS areas: US”. However, when clicking on the link one is directed to a news story entitled “Russia seeks united stand against ISIS after launching airstrikes in Syria”.

Excuse me?! How are these two article titles even remotely similar? Read the article for yourself and incredulously there is not a single mention or recall of any event related to the main page scrolling headline. It’s actually and completely about Russia’s activities to coordinate a united front between all parties involved. Peace seeking initiatives. Whoever at CBC posted that scrolling headline should be fired immediately!

I can just hear Alex Jones in my head “yes they do put their deceptions right in front of our noses. They treat us like we’re idiots, they know that most people will never click past the headline and actually read what an article says..” And he’s absolutely right!

    Oh the woe we sow
when psyops are allowed to grow!

8th – The cynic that I am, I don’t believe anything from the media or the gobment, and in fact usually decide its just the opposite. About 70-80% of the time I’m right. Sad but true. db
