IS THE GAME PLAN REVEALED? GERMANY CONTEMPLATES CONSCRIPTION, DOMESTIC ...

Many people, including many in Germany and the rest of Europe, shared this article with me, and frankly, I find it both disturbing and darkly revealing:

Germany Debates Putting "Troops On Streets" To Protect Against Terrorism

The opening paragraphs say it all here:

The quiet German militarization continues to escalate.

One day after Germany's DPA broke the news that the Merkel government is considering "bringing back nationwide conscription in times of crisis", such as situations in which the country needs to "defend NATO’s external borders", strongly hinting at the possibility of a future war, which in turn followed this weekend's shocking announcement that Germans should prepare to stockpile several days of food and water "in case of an attack of catastrophe" as part of the country's revised "Civil Defense Concept, today NBC reports that "Germany Debates Putting Troops on Streets to Protect Against ISIS."

To be sure, plans to involve soldiers in counterterrorism operations. and the suggestion troops could also be used to beef up security in public places, have proved controversial in a country only seven decades "removed from totalitarian rule that's still grappling with guilt from the Nazi era." However, Wolfgang Bosbach, a lawmaker from Merkel's CDU party, dismissed an such concerns.

"During the recent terror threat in Munich the German armed forces, and also the military police, were put on alert," he told NBC News. "They have been deployed in other crises, so why should the military not help with domestic security as well?"

There is, of course, push-back, and rightly so, from concerned German politicians:

Yet despite the seeming acceleration by Germany to militarize at any cost, some more sover voices did emerge, such as that of Christian Moelling, a security expert at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, told NBC News that conservative politicians appeared to be trying to capitalize on recent events as they sought to achieve their longstanding goal of allowing the military to deploy within the country's borders.

He noted that since the end of World War II, high hurdles had been established governing how the armed forces can be used and was skeptical that any push to change that would be successful.

"To use Germany's military for interior security, including the use of force, would necessitate a large majority for a constitutional change, and this majority doesn't exist," Moelling said, adding that at least two-thirds of parliamentarians would have to approve such a measure.

It can, however, quickly be achieved should there be a few more terrorist attacks on German soil, which will promptly provide the needed cover if not to change the constitution, than to implement an indefinite state of emergency, bypassing such pesky things as laws. As a reminder, France has had once since last November.

And there you have it: just create so many "incidents" by allowing the "eager-to-kill" refugee a free hand to do so and, voila, decree and state of emergency.

But what I find intriguing here is that the root problem - flooding Europe with non-assimilating, and in some cases, radicalized, refugees - is not being addressed. RAther, it is being used as the crisis of opportunity to (1) expand the military (in this case, Germanys'), (2) expand and militarize domestic police, and (3) rule under emergency. In other words, the refugee crisis serves as the modern Reichstag fire.

Of course, Chancellorin Merkel is herself largely responsible for the mess, and one doesn't hear or see any indication from her that she wants to change her policy or has any desire to do so, and this suggests that the real goal all along was to create the primary conditions for the creation of a vastly expanded military - remember that German industrial and defense leaders want to triple the size of Germany's military by 2025 - and the conditions for its domestic use.

This much seems obvious, at least in Germany's case. So where's the high octane speculation here? As most regular readers here know, and if you've been following my interviews over the years, I've also strongly suspected that the Islamic world was being "set up," and used as a crisis of opportunity not only to delay and marginalize the voices of reform within it, but also to drive domestic policy in the West. In the latter case, it should be recalled that France and Germany both have committed to the creation of a joint European-wide military and certain corporate mergers have already transpired in aid of this agenda. So where does the refugee crisis fit in? It fits because it does two things: (1) it creates a "counter-culture" against which Europeans can unite to defend "European culture," i.e., it serves the creation of a European cultural identity, which currently the EU lacks, and (2) it creates the conditions for the expansion of national militaries and their integration. I'm relatively confident that the game plan is being revealed here, for the very simple reason that the problem these measures are designed to address could be  more simply, and possibly more cheaply, addressed simply by closing European borders. Europe, in short, is being used as a test bed.

See you on the flip side...

It was interesting seeing Fulford’s ‘interpretation’ of the above:

Benjamin Fulford: “Germany makes game changing move, prepares for war to defeat khazarian mafia”, posted August 29, 2016.

“The German government has made a decisive break with the Khazarian mafia and has ordered its citizens to stockpile 10 days worth of emergency food supplies in preparation for a war of independence, according to both CIA and MI6 sources. In addition, the German government is mobilizing 600,000 militia members in preparation for this war, the sources say. The trigger for this mobilization was a request by the Khazarian controlled US government for Germany to accept a massive false flag attack on its territory as an excuse for totalitarian Khazarian rule. The Germans have decided to refuse this request and are instead allying themselves with the Russians and effectively joining the UK and Turkey in a Western led move against the Khazarian controlled American government, the sources agree. This information can be confirmed in a series of German government statements seen in the corporate media. These include the announcement of the emergency food supply request, a statement by the German foreign minister that Germany needs to work with Russia and a statement by the economy minister that the US Khazarian led TTIP trade agreement was dead in the water.”

As with all Fulford, check what rings true for you…

I’d like to see these all volunteer standing armies go the way of the 1958-60 Ford Edsel.
I remember being over seas in the Vietnam Theater where
    THE UNDER FOUR RULED!
[under four referred primarily to the drafted conscripts.]

The BRASS was not thrilled with this unruly group[as a whole].

Good analysis Dr Farrell. Once again, you have seen through the deception and discerned the true intent.

But, to me, this is yet another case of a desperation move by the PTB. And, to them, I say, “Are you s***ting me?!!!”

All this churning and foaming is simply a way to distract the lay-public from their true oppressors – the international banksters (really, the entities pulling the i.b.’s strings). Keep the public milling-about and bleating, so they won’t home-in on the REAL parasite…

I do not interprete this move in Germany other than this is kind of internal mobilization. Because when you look at the status of defence hardware throughout Nato countries, it is going down the drain. Britains 5 destroyers/frigates are now in the port because of engine problems because of their trips to the Persian Gulf. Norway bought 5 frigates from Spain, Only two of them are operative, because of the lack op manpower and spareparts. It is a joke.

Our air force of F16, after our bombing of Libyia into a democrazy, only four were able to fly in our fleet. And, to the damage to our airforce, the transfer of our skilled technicians, the maintanance crews, from Bodø to Ørland has become a mess.

We had earlier territorial coastal fortificatians, all along the coast, from Kristiansand to Senja. All those territorial markers have now been laid down.

We spent 4 billion Norwegian (350 m US$) Krona on a uboat base in Tromsø. It was shut down, sold to a local entrepreneur. And he hired it out to russian interests. How stupid can our ruling elite be. Because, short after this was known, The General Secratary of NATO, issued a statement that Norway had to increase their defence budget: And he sold the uboat base as the prime minister.

We have a political and upperhand civil service class that no one thrust anymore

About the migrant issue. Well, biking through our main square, some days ago, it is reminding me, when went I out of the bus in Marseille, 6 years ago. I was not in Europe.

The Hungarian prime minister, Victor Orban is laying this out. He express my feeling of this issue. And, by the way, in my local area, we go peacefully along with people from very different countries.

But, this is thesue is wnen I lay my foot down. I will not want my neighbourhood to be changed dramatically in my future; what we are experiecing in Germany, Sweden and in our capitol, or capital, Oslo.

Don’t feel alone when it comes to traitorous leaders. We sold 20/30% of our uranium to Putin’s Russia and low and behold the Clinton foundation received many, many millions. Think the ussa and ussr are enemies? Nah, because everything is upside down in our little world and we keep staggering along toward oblivion and smiling the whole time believing of course that its the little greys or some conspiracy concocted by fiction writer sitchin. My rant for the month. db

      • Dag from Ringerike on August 30, 2016 at 4:13 pm

Thank you DanaThomas. I will add some more information about the situation in Norway. And this is huge, beecause it has new ramnification about the strategic picture of the North Atlantic

A new defense plan was released this summer in Norway. There was a hearing in our parliament last week about this plan. The reality of this plan was pintpoited by the Mayor of Harstad (the headquarter of the 6th division that beat Dietel in Narvik in May June 1940 by a “ragtag” army of Norwegian Finns, Samiis and coastal Norwgians, Altabataljonen, tremendous fighter, lead by the very high skilled commander, genaral Fleicher).

What she said in the hearing; are you going to bomb Alta (souther part of Finnmark), because the new defence plan will send our marine corp out of northern Norway, Andøya airport (with the Orion fleet) will be shut down. Because our new aircrafts, the “disaster” bomber F35 will be placed at Ørland, 30 km from Trondheim. The embarassment in the audiecne was very telling. By the way I did my military service at Ørland, learned how to handle a Bofors 72.

What people in northern Norway actually can see now is that their region is more or less left defenceless by our elite in Oslo. This has never, and I say never happened before. Because, a military presence has allways been at the northern tip of Norway, the fortification of Vardø (situated at Varanger peninsula in Finnmark) has been there since about 1300, done by our king Haakon V Magnusson.

The air force base in Bodø has been the essential big defence spot of Northern Norway. Two squadron, 331 and 332 has been stationed there after ww2. Some anecdotal remarks. The field of the airfield consisted by and large of mours. My grand grandfather (he was a giant, 7 feet tall) with his companian digged up dithes, 2m high, about 500 km long in the beginning of the last century, He was awarded a medal from Norges Vel. My father, 22 years old in 1940 was conscripted by the British expedtion force to lay down the iron maths on the nours, fill it with concrete. But, he was paid by the germans. And now, this airbase will be shut down.

I will go further tomorrow with some comments of a very important article or op ed by a senior businessman from northern Norway about this issue that appeared today.

        • Dag from Ringerike on August 31, 2016 at 2:29 pm

Kristian Nordberg send a letter to the editor of Aftenposten, our main newsprint in Norway yesterday, the 30th of August 2016. He is a local contractor and he has been working e.g. with the Russians at Spitsbergen and Norway, and is also well connected to our top brass, as he is showing in this readers letter.

As I understand his concern, is the power vacuum now beeing established in northern Norway because so many essential military bases have been shut down, our manpower deminished, and also in the near future more bases will be shut down.

His big concern is what is the Russians up to? Well, he have been having near contact with Russian officials and been listening to what they are saying. If you scroll down the link to the passage that start with ”mitt firma”. I will translate it to you.

”My company was engaged as sub contractor building a hangar for Russian helicopters in Longyerbyen, Svalbard, and also as a sub contracter to the building of the hydro electric power station at Boris Gleb, at the border between Sovjet an Norway.

It was exciting and challenging subjects for the Norwegian contractor that were engaged.. But, there were allways a theme that were emerging to the surface during our contractor meeting with the principal, and at least when I was living for a forthnight in the construction camp. Why could not Norway consider to share the governing of Svalbard and Finn mark?”

For me this was mind bogling and I would guess also for Kristian Nordberg. Finnmark has been a Norwegian territory for 700 years.

Then he compare our defence system with the system and size of Finland. Our costs are the double of Finland. They are having an army of 160.000, and every year 20.000 new conscripts, compared to Norway, 7 to 8.000, and a defence that counts 230.000, compared to Norway, 17.000.

I was speechless when I saw the numbers. Has this been done by design many of us are now asking? I am not a russofobian, but when you lay down the dessert before the cat, and some lunatics on the eastern side feel tempted. This can be dangerous. The terra nullus of the north Atlantic as it now appears, can be considered as a Mare Nostrum for someone in their strategic thinking.

And I think the Finns are only shaking their heads over what is going on in Norway.

He also lays out a scenario what our response time would be if an invasion occur to our northern territories.

          Here is the link. http://www.aftenposten.no/meninger/debatt/Det-er-utenkelig-at-Norge-skal-oppleve-et-nytt-9-april_-men—Kristian-Nordberg-603277b.html

As I have written before what Europe are these idiots babbling about the Celtic-Greek-Latin plus the Scandinavian- Teutonic. What about the Slavic Europe. Haven’t these fools tried this stunt before late eighteenth early nineteenth century under Napoleon and mid twentieth century under Adolph when will they ever learn.

    • Roger on August 29, 2016 at 5:49 pm

As far as globalists are concerned; the problem with Europe is there are too many European nationalists. So they may start a war; draft all the nationalists and other undesireables and send them off to die to make room for more foreigners. Same thing they probably would like to do to Americans.

      • zendogbreath on August 29, 2016 at 11:32 pm

didn’t that work well enough on the americans they did it to a few hundred years ago? and look who they brought in to do it.

        same old same old right?

  9. DanaThomas on August 29, 2016 at 1:43 pm

Now this is curious – the GERMAN army defending the EU borders. Whether or not the current calls by Hollande and Renzi for a so-called European army actually go forward, Germany would in any case play a leading role.
All of this seems to confirm the scenario, still strenuously denied by some, that the roots of the Brussels union are Nazi. Let’s abolish borders IN Europe, but hey, there are still external borders, and the Wehrmacht (sorry Bundeswehr) will be there to defend them, whether the people acutally living in those parts like it or not. This viewpoint is probably held by a tiny minority in Germany today, so it remains to be seen to what extent the wider population can be manipulated, as they were at the time of the two world wars.

  10. Kahlypso on August 29, 2016 at 11:43 am

This comes in against a background of German warnings telling their people to sdtockpile food and water and ‘cash'(??) Normally, during a war zone, the first thing to be turned into firestarters and toilet paper is cash.. The banks that ‘hold’ the debt usually get wiped into the ground as ‘collateral damage’
Or.. The Russians are showcasing some serious hardware lately.. They recently won the Military Olympics.. going back to Greek Tradition (lets rememeber why the Games were invented..) The Russian Contingent rocked with their tanks.
They took over The Crimean Penisula.. Now I understand why Turkey went running back to Russia.. their entire northern border is under the Eye of Moscow..

  11. WalkingDead on August 29, 2016 at 10:21 am

Meanwhile, in the USSA, we have those same elites stirring up another race war along with Hitlery’s plans to do the same thing here. We already see the beginnings of that militarized police force, and entire towns on “lock down” in preparation for it to get the sheeple accustomed to it.
The simple fact that the majority of numbskulls in this country can’t see what is coming down the pipe is utterly amazing. Heaven forbid you should actually try to hold a serious conversation with these idiots about what is so in their face.

    • zendogbreath on August 29, 2016 at 11:30 pm

might be those skulls are not so much numb as they are resigned to “what are we gonna do about it?”

after all some of us (alright maybe more than some) are feeling lucky to keep our jobs as long as we are.

  12. RAJM on August 29, 2016 at 9:16 am

In addition to points 1 & 2, the utter incompetence of 10,000 eu bEUROcrats to anticipate strategize and execute a plan for dealing with Syrian refugees suggests the whole organization is in cahoots with others.
Their total lack of any organized repose led to sovereign nations scrambling to control the borders.

  13. Kahlypso on August 29, 2016 at 9:08 am

A handy external threat.; coming from strange looking people who dont look like us.. dont worship like us.. dont eat like us.. Who want to take over our way of life.. WAIT. We have made major technological advances in esoteric and forgetten sciences. We’ve recreated a time machine. We are currently in 1939 and by God we need to throw these ‘under-humans’ out of the Fatherland. The Germans tried to push Greece into melt down with the Austerity measures (measures infliged on Germany after WW1 that largely contributed to the rise in popularity of the Nazi Party) First we had the Yellow Menace.. The Red Army.. Now they seem to want Europe to collapse under the Islamic Onslaught..The Turban Tzunami..The Mohammed Monsoon.. They’re stealing our jobs!!
