    Start setting up firing squads to clear the swamp!
    Better yet; bring back the guillotines by popular demand!
    If that’s to heavy-duty;
    Kangaroo Courts aka military tribunals.
    The point is to get some definite action.

          rb. i seem to remember a time when ussr stopped paying its soldiers. their system got so pooched they closed their foreign bases and left their soldiers unsupplied, unpaid and untransported where they were. they were left to fend for themselves and get home or not on their own. probably around the time of chernobyl. also about the time chechnya became russia’s big foe.
