50mg of zinc a day will keep you from being sick. DO NOT TAKE ON EMPTY STOMACH. Please stay well. Don’t forget your vitamins.

Maybe you need to take some time off from Giza and go on holiday in the near future. You work too hard I think. Get well soon.

Don’t go searching for any Easter eggs outside this weekend and rest easy.

Try lemon juice and honey, the old chicken soup doesn’t work. Hope you get mobile soon.

We love you Dr. Farrell. Get comfortable, eat chicken soup, and get the R&R you need and deserve!

Dr. Farrell….have been playing catch up as I was traveling in Europe and missed the last few video chats (although I listened to them later and may I say….amazing!!!!!!) I am very sorry to hear you are under the weather and wish you a speedy recovery and Happy Easter. Chicken soup, old movies, naps and a good book would be my recommendation!

So sorry to learn your “get up and go” has left the Nefarium. It will return.

Lot’sa prayers already sent and will continue sending until your vitality is restored. Anyone close by who can pick up 2 of the 5 dollar rotisserie chickens from Costco (antibiotic free since March 2017)???

Ask them to remove meat and skin. Save the bones to make “bone broth” by adding washed garlic cloves, strong yellow onions (leave skins on) celery, lot’sa parsley with stems and any other veggie you like such as carrots etc.

A pressure cooker works best (around 45 minutes) however, any pot with lid works (around 2+ hours)…just takes longer cooking. Cover bones and veggies with water, cook, strain contents in glass jar or another stainless steel pot. After it’s cold, remove scum and fat from top.

Re-heat the gelatinous broth loaded with collagen and trace minerals and drink every 1-2 hours to heal your body.

Cooked rotisserie chickens can also be found at BJ’s, WalMart and supermarkets; however, they’re not antibiotic free – unless they certify this and I don’t know any who certify “antibiotic free” except specialty stores who sell them at 3 x’s Costco’s price.

Take megadoses of vitamin C & B’s frequently since there water soluble and excreted. I hope you already take 10,000 IU Vitamin D3.

Harvey’s Barn is spot on suggestion about Epsom Salt foot baths as we get sick when our body is deficient in magnesium. Take his suggestion one step further.

Fill bathtub with water as hot as you can with 2+ cups Epsom Salts and soak. You will start to sweat and continue sweating while you’re under the covers. Repeat bath when you wake up again as it also removes ache and pains from our body…PLUS restocks necessary magnesium.

You will be in our thoughts and prayers daily and hold a little whisky close to your tonsils for your sore throat.

PS: This recipe has always worked for me and others more than 70 years. It always started with cleaning the pipes, i.e. – A bowl of stewed prunes and enema. It’s more important today with all the toxins we are exposed to from the Mr. Global Cockroaches.

Although you’re probably deserving of a scolding after the manner of Star Trek’s character Dr Leonard McCoy, it’s Easter time … so just get well, y’hear?

Get better soon Dr Darrell. Happy Easter.

Sending spoken prayers of health, virtual homemade chicken soup, old fashioned hot water bottle, and Epsom salt foot baths (and oregano oil!).

  15. JamesFee on April 14, 2017 at 8:19 am

    Hope you feel better soon.

  16. Neru on April 14, 2017 at 6:19 am

Take care of yourself, that is the only thing you should worry about.
    Keep you in my prayers.

  17. DanaThomas on April 14, 2017 at 4:30 am

    Get well soon!

Soar high like an Eagle. 🙂
I dont want to be funny Dr.. but have you thought of getting an Evil Eye talisman?

  19. Margaret on April 13, 2017 at 4:19 pm

No problem, just take care of yourself, that’s what’s most important. Sounds like flu. Lots of water and deep sleep. Prayers for return to good health soon. We’ll keep ourselves busy playing in the chatroom while you get some much needed rest 😉
