The dealer/house is shuffling the deck and dealing out from the bottom when need be. The whole monetized/digitized decked was stacked against the citizens from the get-go. But that’s the nature of a corporate fascist governance.
Except when issued by the public;
under public regulations & scrutiny.
The problem as always is can we trust the guardians, watchers, and creators of these systems.
He is also known for the encryption system released to the public in 1971 and oddly called “Lucifer”.
