    First of all, did anyone hear static on that video? Because the video on my end had static 2/3 the way in. Wow… is all I can say… I can imagine what might have happened, aliens were actually in the facility causing whatever runs the facility to go haywire with data & electronics being sent out. Maybe data was being scrambled from an unknown source.
