ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHIC DICTIONARIES TAKEN TO THE NEXT LEVEL

In my last book, Microcosm and Medium (availabel on Lulu.com), I elaborated on a concept that evolved during the era of high scale mind control research. I called that concept the "electroencephalographic dictionary." Basically, the idea was this: using electroencephalograms recorded on several people, a specific list of words would be read by them while wired to the electroencephalograph, or spoken to them, and the brain waves of their responses to those specific words recorded. Not surprisingly, this procedure indicated that specific words had specific EEG signatures, and very quickly, an "electroencephalographic dictionary" of over 2000 words had been compiled.

The reason for this procedure? The black-hearts in the center of the intelligence "community" wanted to be able not only to "read people's thoughts" remotely, but also to project specific thoughts into individual's minds.

But now, according to this article shared by Ms. K.F., they have extended this "electroencephalographic dictionary" idea by introducing it into networks of "wired together brains":

Brains of 3 People Have Been Successfully Connected, Enabling Them to Share Thoughts

Here's the gist:

The team thinks this wild experiment could be scaled up to connect whole networks of people, and yes, it's as weird as it sounds.

It works through a combination of electroencephalograms (EEGs), for recording the electrical impulses that indicate brain activity, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), where neurons are stimulated using magnetic fields.

The researchers behind the system have dubbed it BrainNet, and say it could eventually be used to connect many different minds together, even across the web.

...

To do this, they were asked to stare at one of two flashing LEDs at either side of the screen – one flashing at 15 Hz and the other at 17 Hz – which produced different signals in the brain that the EEG could pick up on.

These choices were then relayed to a single 'receiver' through a TMS cap that could generate phantom flashes of light in the receiver's mind, known as phosphenes.

The receiver couldn't see the whole game area, but had to rotate the falling block if a light flash signal was sent.

Across five different groups of three people, the researchers hit an average accuracy level of 81.25 percent, which is decent for a first try.

To add an extra layer of complexity to the game, the senders could add a second round of feedback indicating whether the receiver had made the right call.

Receivers were able to detect which of the senders was most reliable based on brain communications alone, which the researchers say shows promise for developing systems that deal with more real world scenarios where human unreliability would be a factor.

And while the current system can only transmit one 'bit' (or flash) of data at a time, the team from the University of Washington and Carnegie Mellon University thinks the setup can be expanded in the future.

You'll note that what is being outlined about this research is something far removed from actual "wired together brains 'talking'" to each other. Think of it as a very early computer game, like "tennis" or "ping pong", with a white dot bouncing back and forth on the computer monitor with an electronic "blip" as you hit the ball, compared to the computer games of today. But that's the rub here: if the early 1970s and 1980s research into "electro-encephalographic dictionaries" was able to compile lists of brainwave patterns for specific words, then imagine (1) how large that list is now, and (2) how much such lists would facilitate such brain-to-brain "networking".

In other words, my high octane speculation and suspicion meter is suggesting that this networking has progressed far beyond the "Packman" game stage being suggested by this experiment, into something far more draconian, for note, that the essence of the experiment is more or less that of shared brainwave patterns, the same concept underlying the creation of "electro-encephalographic dictionaries."

And as I also speculated in Microcosm and Medium, it might be possible to use ordinary broadcast channels or even electrical circuitry to "network" people without their knowing it, to manipulate their thoughts and emotions remotely, to create a mob mentality by a variety of hard and soft manipulation techniques.

So, while I am skeptical that this experiment represents the cutting edge, at least it's a step in the right direction, for they've publicly admitted what they're really up to...

See you on the flip side...

When I reached the first link the meaning of on the same wave length became corrupted. After all, these are cognitive dissonance times we’re living in; if your reading on my wave length[at least in part; as the electromagnetic spectrum is quite large & frankly, unknown]. Then comes the “gist”/hive mind.
Either your on the same wave length; or your manufactured to be so[implanted chip, etc.]
Flashing LEDs reminds me of the latest Pixar/Disney DVD release: Incredibles2. In that the mad scientist brainwashes & controls the population through sunglasses with Flashing LED screens imbedded.

Just think of the endless loops one could become purposely addicted to.
Now comes another changed dissonance meaning: This will blow your mind !!! [overloaded circuits, so to speak].

As in Incredibles2 the mad scientist broadcasted her patent LED screens via compromised networks to the populations at large.
Don’t worry, this is being done for “our” own good.
    Trust them.
After all; when did “they” ever lie for their own good?

As an aside, I’m often reminded of the social insect world; in that, as they evolved over millions of years becoming more Borg-like hive-minds. They also acquired a replete palette of unique parasites, whose sine qua non, is mind control.
Our species, too, have social parasites; like the financial ones in Michael Hudson’s, Killing The Host: How Financial Parasites and Debt Bondage destroy the Global economy. Perhaps we too, are evolving to acquiring a replete palette of unique mind-control parasites?

My initial impulse, as a reaction to this blog, was to demonstrate the possibility of a global management initiative to re-engineer the global economy as a possible “proof” for Dr. Farrell’s impulse. Because of its size I decided to bypass the demonstration and just state my position. During my lifetime I’ve watched our global culture change fundamentally within the last 50 years. If effects all sectors of life: how we eat, how we work, how we play, how we learn, how we think, how we procreate, how we plan, how we dream. Like Dr. Farrell, I believe this is little more than an introduction to a new technology that already exists in 3 generations based on what we’ve seen happen in the electronics industry. (Part of that deleted piece discussed this formally at a high level but needed more detail than a blog could afford.) This technology would be considered necessary before they would permit public use of telepathic and empathic capabilities. They required a means to control its function and to harmonize the message in order to direct the human population toward their utopian society. They would never permit this to go public unless they had technologies that gave them so means of control over their use and abuse. Indeed, I have developed a growing concern that these technologies are now being used to intercept and modify remote viewing activities to steer the results in a particular direction toward a specific thought form or goal.

All of this conjecture leads me to a fundamental question: of who and what are they afraid? Us? ETs? Themselves? God? Lucifer? Nationalism? Spirituality?
Telepathy? Loss of control? Loss of money? Their own developing paranoia? Their own developing dementia? If this technology is needed to provide them the security of illusion they so strongly desire, they may find that security shattered by an anomalous event. Only this time, they psychohistorians may not be able to find a sufficient antidote to Asimov’s Mule. Sand castles can only stand so much pressure and evaporation before they collapse on themselves.

OC, to semi-answer your last questions, a person experience/observation:

Long ago, I attended some channeling sessions. The ‘being’ that came through was highly telepathic. Serious, real, provable telepathy – not vague responses or emotional manipulation. I had it proved to me, personally, several times. (With me on high alert for trickery.)

What was interesting was the audience response. Once the being ‘proved’ to each person that somebody could clearly-read their thoughts and ‘history’, there was a sorting-out of the audience. Some folks thought that the ability was cool, and returned. Others were terrified that another being could read them like a book, and could not get out the door fast enough. Wow.

My thought is that the PTB have the same fear, in spades. (The human ones; who knows what a reptilian or grey ‘response’ would be?) On some level, they know what they are doing is Wrong. Their basic humanity is screaming at them. So, they will do anything rather than arrive at that gut ‘realization’. This would include trying to cripple and control any telepathic and empathic capabilities. Sadly, this only postpones their ultimate Wake-Up. (I believe humanity is returning to what we once were. Waking-up can be easy, or it can be hard…)

Goshawks, Know Yourself – too many people are scared to check it out afraid of what they might find inside. They would rather keep their false sense of EGO and pretend that the label’s they have created for themselves is who they are. It’s definitely hard work and a process. Tptb are very scared of who they are and don’t want us to know either.

How could there be consensus on “… this brain state=this word” when people don’t have a mutual understanding of the meaning of given words? Example; “snowflake”, one thinks of crystalline water falling from the sky, another thinks of a ‘flaky’ person, and another gets ‘triggered’ cause they’ve been called that. I call more BS for the paranoid….not that it couldn’t be used, but the ‘dictionary’ would not be ‘universal’. Kinda like the babel world we now occupy.

All words can be broken down into syllables that carry a musical layer.

Natural flow is beyond control. Only the direction it takes is a matter of choice.

Pinocchio became flesh tent, by angelic muse.

Cells in a body work in unison to produce one will. A body is a harmonious symphony.

This has already been done, and not under the ‘transhumanist’ degradations:

Altered States of Consciousness by Charles Tart (1969)
(this had to do with two unrelated people who mutually hypnotized each other)
    p.312 :
“Changes in self-concept and body image were usually together. The Ss at times perceived themselves as bodiless, or possessing just parts of a body. They also felt there were changes in psychological functioning over and above the alterations in body image. An example of this would be the use of modes of communication between themselves that they did not know they possessed. The alteration that most impressed (and later frightened) the Ss, however, was the feeling of merging with each other at times, especially in the final mutual hypnosis session. This seemed like a partial fusion of identities, a partial loss of the distinction between I and Thou. This was felt to be good at the time, but later the Ss perceived this as a threat to their individual autonomy.”
    p.314 :
“A final possible danger to be mentioned is that the ‘forced’ intimacy produced by this technique may be unsettling. The Ss in the present study felt that they had become quite close to each other quite suddenly as a result of their shared experiences, although they were able to handle these feelings. Our culture does not prepare people for sudden, intense intimacy.”

The mutual hypnosis seemed to ‘break down’ the normal barriers our egos set up to emphasize individuality. These two people seemed to ‘naturally’ experience something between telepathy and empathy (in the ESP use of the word) with each other – which may be our original state, before the Tower of Babel Moment occurred…

The Bard enters minds of others, when he hypnotizes them, taking them on a journey through a verbalized narrative.

Each person is a different narrative. The angelic quality of the energy manifested depends on trust and openness.

An active listener is an equal participant in such a “dialogue”. When people return for more, they become disciples.

    • WalkingDead on January 11, 2019 at 9:39 am

What your suggesting might be beneficial in many ways. I, somehow, doubt that is the “intent” of what these people are attempting to accomplish. My thoughts about this are more along the “Borg” lines, a hive mind controlled from the top down. Imagine what could be accomplished with a 5G network and smart phones by people with zero empathy and psychopathic mindset. The IOT takes on a whole new meaning. Resistance would be futile.
Could you imagine Jihadists hearing the “voice of God” in their minds or Jews and “evangelicals” receiving their new “Messiah”; not a pretty picture.

      • guitardave on January 11, 2019 at 10:54 am

Good point, WD. That got me back on a ‘speculative construct’ I’ve been toying with since hearing about Uncle Cliff’s interaction with those hyper-intelligent ‘bugs’.
The question is….”How would something with no endocrine system, which, in effect, can’t ‘read’ emotions, and therefore can’t predict the ‘Knight’s move’ of free will beings, fully control the actions of said free will beings?
The answer, of course, is….EVERYTHING the PTSB are doing!…(and that our wonderful Dr. Joe covers here. )
Ya know, sometimes i feel like i’m in a foxhole…and the bullets are coming from ALL directions.

      • goshawks on January 11, 2019 at 4:36 pm

WD, upon reading Joseph’s blog, I also thought immediately of The Borg. I wanted to suggest an alternate future: One where humans blossom, rather than being enslaved.

ESP-ish abilities are the ultimate ‘threat’ to the PTB. Imagine being able to read their intent through telepathy or feeling their intent through empathy. Game over, especially if psychokinetic powers are invoked…

Babylon 5 gave a strong emphasis on ESP-ish types integrating into alien-world societies. Mutually beneficial. (Earth was where a malignant ‘integration’ was taking hold: the PSI Corps.) All this emphasis on ESP was probably a main reason why the series was killed at its most popular, and then not allowed into syndication until now…

Autists have natural latency with telepathy Goshawks.. its been proven now.. (in the non speaking autism, the extreme version)

      • goshawks on January 11, 2019 at 4:55 pm

Kahlypso, I had not heard that, although I certainly could believe it. I sense that non-injured autists (the ones not vaccine damaged) could be very ‘sensitive’ – in the telepathy/empathy sense – and be in a shock withdrawal due to being ‘down here’ in such a caustic environment.

(I would watch for the paid skeptics to jump all over and “discredit” those findings, no matter how obscure a perceived-fault in the research they have to manufacture. ESP is the PTB’s kryptonite…)
