Several people spotted this one and passed it along this week, and it makes for some... well, very intriguing reading.
A glance at some of the paper titles - and remember, these are the unclassified papers - is quite a read:

I could go on, but you get the idea.
But what emerges from this bizarre list? What's the common theme? For one thing, space, and its manipulation at all levels, from "higher dimensionalities" to "nonlocality", quantum entanglement for communications, traversible wormholes and programmable metamaterials (useful for long distance space ships able to make instant repairs against micro-meteoric bombardment). There's even a bow to the late 1950s Brookings Report, with the mention of "magnetohydrodynamics", a term that, to my knowledge, first appears in the Brookings report. And invisibility? We all know the story of the Philadelphia Experiment. Engineering the fabric of space-time? That's another nifty way to accomplish invisibility, traverse wormholes, and manipulate higher dimensionalities. (Reading this list makes one wonder if British hacker Gary McKinnon, who claims to have uncovered evidence of a secret American "space fleet", might have uncovered something whose mere existence pointed in the direction of these types of papers.)
In other words, if one views these papers from a wide and long view, one discovers that their subject matter extends back some decades to the Brookings Report, to the work of T.T. Brown, Gabriel Kron, and others, and that that work never stopped.
And there's something else that emerges, besides the obvious determination to dominate space in every way and at every level, from materials science to the ability to manipulate the fabric of spacetime itself. This list of papers, if one thinks about them in a certain way, seems oddly to corroborate the concerns of the alternative research field: UFOs, 5G and its biological effects, microwave weapons, California fires and pulverized trade center buildings on 9/11... it all seems to be here...
And there's one more thing... Developing this type of technology, assuming the papers represent something more than just mere "brainstorming", will require a lot of money over several decades. Something, say, on the order of $21,000,000,000,000? If money is missing, this may be one very strong reason why...

I have long been intrigued by Wallace Thornhill’s (Thunderbolts Project) theory that gravity is nothing more than an electro-magnetic effect of each atom in a mass being slightly warped by pressure from every other atom, thus creating a tiny dipole magnet with a net positive and negative charge at the foci of an ellipse. The “force” of gravity (never explained by Newton and completely ignored by Einstein, Hawking, et al.) is therefore the result of standard magnetic attraction. It is an elegant concept that unifies gravity with the electro-magnetic force, and it explains why gravity is so weak (inverse square law).
It also makes “anti-gravity” a fairly straigh-forward process of reversing polarity and fits nicely with The Bell description and other similar efforts, such as Brown’s. It would also fit with Ben Rich’s enigmatic statement about finding an error in the calculations.
If ture, Thornhill’s theory would make anti-gravity a non-exotic technology accessible to anyone with a good power supply and a bit of electrical engineering ability.
Heck, it even explains why superconductors float under the right conditions!

Yes, I’m sure it’s the same “Hal”, but that makes perfect sense. I forget who said it, but it was either Ben Rich, the late head of Skunkworks or someone else at that level; when asked about Aliens and reverse-engineering answered: “What do you know about ESP”. Apparently telepathy (i.e. remote viewing) is a big part of it.
One thing I noticed about Joseph’s listed ‘secret projects’ is that none of them explicitly states “Time Travel” (manipulating SpaceTime yes, Time Travel no). Perhaps, this is the ultimate ‘Verboten’ subject. If I can erase you from existence (at least on my preferred timeline), how much is that worth?
And our elites are always using the term science fiction as a putdown. This reads as a list of memes you would be handed if you were writing for a science fiction magazine or book publishing company.

This Nemesis was detected and has been passed around the internet for years. I remember reading about it. It made astrological sense then; as it does now. Volcanoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and other geological events would happen due to the growing strong gravitational forces.
It does fit many parameters.

I wanted to post a link to a comment where a well known person said David Booth told her that the reason the USA has stationed so many military personnel overseas is because of its preparation for the return of Nemesis. The idea is that the troops overseas are to try to get home to help rebuild the USA or if that is not possible, then they’re to start a tiny version of the USA on whatever foreign soil they’re on.
Unfortunately while that website has archives going back to 2014, there is one month’s data missing and strangely enough, that’s exactly where the information would have been found.

That Marshall Masters’ book ‘Being In It For The Species’ describes the negative timeline.
It is my understanding that there is a positive timeline. While there will be many, many deaths from the coming earth changes, those on the positive timeline will go on to golden age for humanity. The one where humans will get the Star Trek lifestyle which is our birthright, but which has been denied to us by alien invaders who have been controlling this planet for a very long time.
The best way out of this fearsome future facing us is to make the dimensional shift. The cataclysm is in 3D. Those who shift to 4D will not suffer those calamities.

A few days ago, I re-discovered the work of Max Igan after an interval of several years. Years ago, I read his book and that was pretty much it. Now I found a treasure trove of videos and what I’ve seen so far, seems to indicate that Igan is on the right track. He says we are far, far more than what we think we are and should we discover who we are, how powerful we truly are, we can change this world
It’s difficult to explain why he is right. You have to understand the holographic nature of this reality, that we are multi-dimensional beings who create the reality we are in. I suggest you watch Groundhog Day. You’ve probably seen it already but give it another go. That is what I mean by changing yourself. Murray starts off as a big jerk but eventually changes to being the most popular guy in the community. And it’s because he has grown spiritually, that the time loop ends. We live through the Age of Pisces as just when we are about to enter the Age of Aquarius, we all get killed off by a cataclysm. I was quite amazed to see all this info in his book for I’ve been told that we are in a planetarium – what we think of as the stars, moon etc are holograms projected onto the ceiling of the planetarium. But I think he’s wrong in claiming that time loop cannot be fixed. I reckon that has been remedied. This is why we are now in with a chance to move on to the Age of Aquarius. You may well ask what does it mean to choose God over evil. Well, I’ve seen one book explain succinctly: “God is love. That is all you need to know.”

Even if I’m wrong if saying that the people who make the shift are those who are kind, loving, giving, caring and humble, what do you lose? Even if there is no dimensional shift, what do you lose? But I feel I am right.
I’ve been asked who decides if a person ‘ascends’ or not. Is it God? I’ve said no, it’s down to the actual person himself. I expect it will be a vibrational thing. Like fine particles that pass easily through a sieve while large lumps of negativity are held back. Like weighing the heart against the feather of Ma’at. What a person chooses to think, to say and to do will determine if he makes the shift. It won’t be based on what you know, what you own, how you look, your social status etc – it will be determined by your essence, by what you are.
