MORE EXPLOSIONS IN RUSSIA, THIS TIME AT A BIOTECH LAB

OK folks, there's clearly something going on, at least in Russia. Over the past few weeks, we've seen (1) two munitions plant explosions, (2) the explosion of a nuclear test rocket, (3) the sinking of a Russian submarine somewhere off of Alaska, with the cryptic announcement from the Russian Defense Ministry that the crew died heroes. If one wants, throw in those fires in Siberia too. Well, there's been another explosion, this time at a Russian biotech laboratory in Novosibirsk, a major city along the Trans-Siberian railway. In fact, many of you noticed this story, and many of you are wondering the same thing as I.  Here's RT's and Zero Hedge's versions:

Blast & fire hits major virus lab in Russia, where HIV, Ebola & anthrax strains are stored

Explosion Hits Russia's Largest Virus Lab Which Houses Plague, Smallpox, Ebola And Other Deadly Viruses

Both articles are essentially the same, with Zero Hedge echoing and copying the RT article, but on something like this it doesn't hurt to check. The RT article states that the explosion occurred at a major Russian virology research facility called the Vector Institute. It's what it was researching that's rather intriguing:

The laboratory is known for having developed vaccines for Ebola and hepatitis, as well as for studying epidemics and general issues surrounding immunology. During the Cold War, it was thought to be part of now-defunct Soviet biological weapons program, meaning that some of the most dangerous strains – including that of smallpox, Ebola, anthrax and certain plagues – are still being kept inside the Institute’s building.

So we're led to believe that the Vector Institute had once been a bioweapons laboratory, which was converted to an immunology facility. But it doesn't take much imagination to see that the two are intimately related, and that the bioweapons component may still have been going on. But then there's an even more curious statement. At the beginning of the article we're informed that the facility we engulfed in flames after an explosion. Then, after being informed that the facility was once a bioweapons laboratory, we're told this:

The fire was located and quickly extinguished on the fourth floor where some “construction works” were being carried out.

...

Reports by local authorities were conspicuously light on detail, with various sources suggesting it was a gas blast that had triggered a fire at the construction site. One construction worker suffered burns to his legs and was taken to hospital for trauma care.

Most of you who shared this story expressed some skepticism about the mundane speculation, and frankly, I share it too. If the story were standing alone, all by itself, the explanation would be plausible. It was just an unfortunate accident perhaps caused by human error, or an undetected accident due to the construction. But put into the context of two munitions plant explosions (both in Siberia, incidentally), a nuclear test rocket explosion, and the curious submarine incident, the complexion and character of the incident changes completely, for it would appear that someone seems to be targeting Russian research facilities or research institutions. If this were the sole potential context from which to view these incidents, then the culprits would seem to be rather obvious: someone in the West, or its allies.  Then there were those strange Chinese chemical plant explosions, beginning with the one in Tianjin that left the suspiciously narrow and deep crater. To my mind, there's simply been too much of these types of events lately to write them all off to human error, accident or any other mundane explanation.

But cast the net of suspicion a bit wider, and the picture becomes puzzling. Consider the anomalies associated with the California fires, and one has a confusing picture, for "someone" would clearly seem to be targeting real estate in the USA as well. Perhaps one may even add the fires in Saudi Arabia's oil production facilities; perhaps that event was some sort of "pay back". If one assumes that all these things are related - and that's a big assumption - then the question of who, why, and how becomes both crucial and pressing.

But even without that context, we've now seen no less than five major incidents involving Russian defense or research facilities, and if one counts the Chinese chemical plant explosions, two additional incidents. And if we can at least suspect that there may be more pattern than coincidence in all this, you can bet the Russian and Chinese intelligence services are all over it.

See you on the flip side...

This nasty business of biological and chemical wa- -f – – – – – – err r – – – – – – well, nasty business, anyway, far from a Party that does not want loser’s lurgy before 2025, but in this context, not so fictional – very subtle and insidious, to be sure, is more than something to reckon with on a nation scale. Like one certain person mentioned about foul narratives and presumptive news astray, “They play dirty.” And, can be lethal if not creative where a contest is chosen for dominion. To assert intelligence that’s more in line with skullduggery most foul is something to be wary of, alright.

While those four-legged types with the flu from Africa over you-know-where there seems to be something of an escalation of . . . . well, . . . . odd things occurring in shortening order. Something that should not take the Silk Road anywhere far. In another realm, the Dragon is no match for Sol, though. Breath fire it may but seared toward cinders its end after a fool hardy challenge. Volcanos breath fire, too, and its seismic stuff knows no boundaries or borders and seems to care less about how much is enough as it shifts real estate. Will lava rivers widen, or Tsunamis flow east is uncertain? Best to behave for the better I’d say. By comparison, kinetic weapons have limitations.

And now Turkey’s launching metal tanks by way of exploding chemicals. . .

So much is happening and yet, there is still the open question for me as to whether information overload is leading to making connections that just aren’t there or whether we are experiencing a low intensity event covert warfare occurring between multiple nations or finally whether one exterior force is engaged in multi frontal assaults on various critical regions around the world.

Not only the fires in California but we also have the earthquake that took out the another weapons depot in California as well.
    https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2019-08-14/billions-earthquake-damage-china-lake-naval-base
There is the flooding in the Midwest, a recent hurricane that was thwarted and I may put the Trump presidency and the circus we have seen surrounding him as part of this phenomenon. Europe is dealing with its own migration crisis, Brexit and other issues related to the dissolution of the EU. The African Swine Flu and Fall Army Worms in China putting China’s food supply in great peril before the tariffs were put in place.
    https://thedailycoin.org/2019/05/20/a-china-food-crisis-more-danger-than-trade-war-f-william-engdahl/
Syria, Iran and Yemen in the Middle East and the various US exercises in the region.

It just seems that every region in the world is dealing with its own all encompassing existential crisis of some form or another.
Major restructuring is occurring. Alternate redundant networks are being established not necessarily in competition but in a strange geographically-focused-rather than-political cooperation.

…and the question that is creeping in the back of my mind is “What has the world’s super powers so scared that they are willing to drastically restructure themselves into smaller geographic focused power centers rather than keep and extend the ties they already have:
Europe for better or worst, Israel/Saudi Arabia, Japan/Russia/China and the Koreas, US/Canada/Mexico.

Another possibility that Catherine Austin Fitts has discussed in the past is that of a fast restructuring of the US and trying to bring manufacturing back to the Midwest. What if every region was going through such restructure and needed cover to hide these activities to bring forth this new multi polar world.
The recent explosion of a Saudi plant comes to mind. The most efficient way to upgrade your infrastructure is by first blowing up the old one. One would need the proper enemies and motivations for that so people don’t ask too many awkward questions but what is the initial motivation, the root behind this drastic change of global relationships?

    • Robert Barricklow on September 19, 2019 at 11:43 am

Loved your analyses w/regards to most efficient way to upgrade/restructure your infrastructure, through the needed cover of deception, is by simply blowing-up said parts before rebuilding them as needed.

RB, the change in what is Verbotten has to do with “This site uses Akismet to reduce spam.” When that changeover occurred, “tit” (and words including tit) became acceptable. On the other hand, words including “dyk>” and “bltch” now cause the whole post to disappear. Not modded; just gone. I believe “h0mo” (and words including h0mo) are still unacceptable (modded). There may be others…

(When I got near finishing the below comment, my computer froze hard. I had to physically pull the plug. Then, I had to restart it several times before it recovered. That is unusual; make of it what you will. Save early and save often…)

Jim Stone on the Russian biolab:
    http://82.221.129.208/.wb5.html
“I did not miss the ‘explosion’ in a Russian biolab. It’s a nothing-burger, click-bait, fear porn. Nothing of significance happened. Yes, there was an explosion. Nothing got out, and no one died. It did not happen in a research area. There was a large response because it was a biolab, but nothing follows. 100 square feet away from the research area were affected. Your bedroom is probably at least 100 square feet.”

Jim Stone on the Saudi oil refinery ‘attack’:
“I called it : Saudi oil refinery already 75 percent back on line, with full recovery expected by end of this month. … Please explain how the fires resulting from the worst refinery attack in history on the largest refinery in the world were fully extinguished on the same day. … It could have only happened if someone wanted to make a show, and did not set anything off that could not be brought under control easily. Additionally, the pinpoint accuracy of the attacks reeks of a manually placed setup. It was just too Perfect.

Two Iranian passports found in damaged Saudi refinery:
Well, I might as well say it first. They were Smack Dab in the Middle of where the flames were, and looked pristine, laying right on top of the ashes appearing as if they had just been issued.

A few are trying to blame the Saudi refinery attack on Iran. Here are the probable culprits as far as I see it, in order:
    1. Israel.
    2. The Pentagon, which wants an Iran war, in retaliation for removing Bolton.
    3. Saudi Arabia
The above three are for justifying attacking Iran.
    4. A private corporation that will gain from this, perhaps even one like Google that is not even in the oil business directly but has oil investments.
    5. Yemen, as part of the ongoing conflict.
    6. Russia, to boost oil prices.”
    (I replaced all-caps with italics.)

Saudi Arabia: “The country we hate the most and we’d like America to attack bombed us!”

US Govt: “Yeah, they did it!”

      Houthis: “No, we did it!”

Saudi Arabia: “Shut up, or we’ll bomb you even more. No seriously, the Houthis didn’t do it because their missiles can’t reach that far. You know it’s true because I said so.”

Press: “Golly gee, do you have evidence it was that guy you hate and can’t attack?”

Saudi Arabia: “Yes, we found shards of their drones in the rubble. We promise it was really their drones and not similar look-a-likes that you won’t be able to tell the difference between. Please go bomb that country for us. We definitely didn’t bomb ourselves (with zero casualties) to get you to attack them”

Press: “Sounds like solid proof. Let’s go get’em, boys!”

Hakenkreuz is basically the third Grail Rune, when defining the canonical hours. In Genesis, that is the four rivers.

Satanic warfare is against the clock, because solar year is the meaning of heaven on earth, and that is celestial chronometry.

The first Freemasons were Jesuits, ordered by papacy, and therefore the aprons in the New World have a satanic overseer.

At the core of these wars and past wars are financial roots. Today two systems run concurrently in parallel: Private/Public. The private system wants to maintain control over public systems. They are continually at war vying for power.
In the past, as now; the private systems’ employ intelligence assets to keep ahead. To Sun Tzu, spies were of extreme value beyond measure.
Financial warfare is what’s going on. But; w/deception, there’s no straight line. From my perspective; it is the private intl banking cartel that are behind these. They want total control in those systems[China/Russia].

    • zendogbreath on September 18, 2019 at 7:47 am

I searched “tulsi gabbard trump saudi” and got that link. What surprised me most is that is the first and most non-complementary picture I have seen of Gabbard. This is one weird election.

      • goshawks on September 18, 2019 at 7:18 pm

“What Tulsi Gabbard’s caving in to the Israel Lobby really shows”
        July 24, 2019
        http://thesaker.is/what-tulsi-gabbards-caving-in-to-the-israel-lobby-really-shows/
“Yes, Tulsi Gabbard’s name was not found in the list of those members of Congress which voted ‘no’ to the resolution condemning the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) campaign against Israel. … I also note with interest that these 17 Democrats prove that the most pro-Zionist party is the GOP, not the Democrats. … There were plenty of other signs that showed that for all her very real qualities and her likely sincerity, Tulsi Gabbard does not really dare to speak truth to power.”

        • goshawks on September 18, 2019 at 9:11 pm

(ZDB, I just had the following post completely disappear. Not into modding; just gone. After some thought, it must be “b1tch” being Verbotten. I wonder if you used that word in your ‘disappeared’ comment, too…)

          http://thesaker.is/crises-the-middle-east-and-a-few-hopefully-useful-pointers/
“Tulsi Gabbard joined me in calling Trump somebody’s b1tch, except I call him an Israeli b1tch whereas Gabbard calls him a Saudi b1tch. Same difference!”

Also, some long-range planning by the PTB ?
“if Trump ever strikes Iran, he will become the ‘disposable President’ for the Neocons: Iran will use the opportunity to strike Israe,l and Trump will be impeached for it (the Neocons are, after all, in total control of the DNC and many key committees in Congress).

So, this will all boil down to Trump and whether he has the info and brains to realize that an attack on Iran will wreck his Presidency (which is already FUBARed enough and attacking Iran will make it official) and he will be both impeached and, obviously, never reelected.”

          • zendogbreath on September 18, 2019 at 10:07 pm

Yup. I think it’s the bltch thang. Funny that I never thought directly about how the neocons control the dnc more than the rnc now until I read those lines. What comes around really goes around eh? Seems like the way Trump usurps these usurpers is to incorporate them, use em and spit them out. Is that a form of co-opting?

  12. Neru on September 18, 2019 at 7:23 am

Hypothetically, what happens with electro-magnetic tomfoolery if plasma turns out to be “intelligent”?

    • DanaThomas on September 18, 2019 at 8:10 am

Neru it has been proposed that there are plasma life-forms. This could be connected with ancient beliefs that stars (not to mention planets) are animate bodies or inhabited by living beings.

      • zendogbreath on September 18, 2019 at 10:03 pm

One has to wonder what our plasma thinks of us.
