    Sounds like an AI is planning to “upgrade” another species’ (or all of them) brains and hooking in to provide more interfaces for AI with reality. Call it the Mr Ed premise. For some reason, it feels like the AI in question is more likely to use a rat for their first bio-voice of AI. Why am I hearing Micheal Jackson singing “Ben” right now?

    Bound to have happened; sooner than later.
    Frankenstein mini-robots, beta testing w/rat minds. And No, not the rat minds of our elite rat leader; but, the little rodents, who actually get the bad rep.
    Building neural slave bridges.
    Hell, they could even bridge the AI gap between digital and analogue nerve cells; either in the computer, or the human brain.
    It if ain’t wicked twisted, then it isn’t real science.

      If it ain’t wickedly twisted;
      than it’s not real Twentieth-Worst Century science.
