Well, 2021 is off to a very bad start. In an unusual News and Views, Joseph shares his thoughts and concerns over the spectacle we saw yesterday, and rather than sharing comments on an article or news story, reads from two books: Morris Berman's Why America Failed, and Murray Rothbard's Conceived in Liberty:

The flaw in Murray Rothbard’s ‘Conceived in Liberty’ book is where he wrote, “It was a bloodless Coup d’état against on unresisting confederation Congress.” In fact it was a raging, highly contentious, bitter debate over the ramifications of a Constitution that lasted 5 years, 9 months, 2 weeks, and 2 days until its ratification. The Bill of Rights were incorporated into the Constitution due to the efforts of many Representatives, and to James Madison perhaps most credit is due. The Aristocrat’s minions used all sorts of dirty tricks and dirty deeds to cobble together a diverse coalition of urban artists in order to handout special privileges to the Aristocrats, while kicking poor folks and subsistence farmers in rural areas to the gutter. It resulted in a bargained agreement, not perfect of course, but it represented a Constitutional Republic, unrivaled in modern History. Also, do not overlook how the Bill of Rights are under constant assault. Please folks, let’s not raise pejoratives against POTUS as simply a ‘grifter’, because he was also represented, and was supported by, a faction of American manufacturers who were rightly concerned that American jobs were being sent to China to be performed by its slave labor force. Under the leadership of POTUS all minority groups, as well as women, achieved record high levels of employment opportunities, and at higher wages. If history is remembered correctly and accurately, many good, decent, upstanding Americans all of all colors, and both genders, who wished to support themselves and their families with better than meager sustenance wages voted for the guy, and of course against the ‘wicked witch’ of the Leftists. It was a Perfect Storm, I will concede that point.

looks like a masterscript to me where all pawn are playing their respective roles. The role Trump played was to “brand” the right wing as the ones who are conspiracy thinkers following the alternative media. The time has come now to blow up this ship and as Trump was/is heavily linked to the alternative media this will mean that the alternative media will be blown up as well. As Joseph said he qualifies for a re-education camp. So in one swipe the PTB eliminates the alternative media and critical thinkers in the population. Trump has played that pert. President Trump had no chance from the moment he was elected. It was utterly disgusting to see how the media treated him, not only in USA but throughout Europe too. There was one script—to insult, denigrate and make fun of the guy.

The connection between the U.S. founders and that Venetian historian is a very interesting fact, of which I was unaware… I suppose we’re witnessing the death throes of the empire they managed to install in the D.C. swamp. (Where to next? A bayou in Beijing? A terraformed swamp on the Moon?)
CAF says we don’t have an economic problem, but a political one. I think it’s deeper and harder to repair than that: we have a profound cultural problem, as Dr. Farrell has pointed out. I can’t see how you can solve a political problem, or build a non-corrupt political system, without a culture that values and rewards integrity, fairness, and mutual respect; our current culture does not.
The federal government, in all its branches, is clearly corrupt beyond repair, bereft of conscience, and captured by monied interests (whether foreign, domestic, and/or transnational, who knows). I do agree with CAF that we should stop worrying who’s elected to run the Swamp. As long as the central government lasts, any residual hope of stemming the tide of its tyranny rests with the judiciary; I realize that is and will remain a longshot.
I think, for those of us who feel we’re in exile in a crumbling outpost of Western civilization (a.k.a. the U.S.), the only model I can think to follow is that of monks in the Dark Ages. If there’s nowhere to emigrate to, then we have to try to build a network of individual, partly self-sustaining micro-islands of civilization and civility in spots here and there across the country–an American “monastery archipelago,” so to speak.
If the U.S. doesn’t go through some kind of de facto or de jure breakup, then another model we may have to look to is that of dissidents in Soviet Russia. If the central government, abetted by the media, Silicon Valley, Big Pharma, etc., grows ever more tyrannical, we’ll need to learn how to get around the system. Dr. Farrell’s references to samizdat over the years may indeed come to pass in America.

Thank you for sharing what certainly is a much better detail of the creation of the Constitution in replacement of the Articles of Confederation than I have yet to come across. For that, I was prompted to re-read the Articles after many years of forgetfulness. Several things stood out: 1) Term limits for the delegates and the president who was limited to 1 year in a 3 year term, 2) No courts per se as all legal matters were to be decided in the States and the results to be honored among all of them. and 3) The briefness of the document that allowed for no amendment.
How different our world might have been had it not been superseded.
I have to disagree with you Joseph there is a stake in the ground with China’s name on it. They are only the latest front along with the Soviet Union and now Russia. The plan is now to get the CSA and CCP to ice each other destroying the two biggest economies of the World. Think Brave New World meets 1984 and throw in Zardoz plus the Morlocks as overseers serving god knows who as their masters. WELCOME TO HELL.
In tandem with the Capitol show we can see the bitcoin and the US dollar money supply M1, two baseless currencies moving up in a parabolic fashion waiting for uncle Joe to deliver the ultimate trillions before the reset set in. Thoughts brought-up by Joseph’s News and Views, before reading any comments:
1) As long as humanity retains the same Consciousness Level, we are just going to see endless permutations around well-known ‘poles’. The answer is UP, not Around. Whether we actually see a raising of consciousness of humanity (it has to be Everyone, for it to work) is unknown, but is to be hoped-for…
2) So much of what Joseph is mentioning has to do with how deep the rabbit hole goes. Remember Charles Fort in his ‘The Book of the Damned’: “I think we’re property. I should say we belong to something: That once upon a time, this earth was No-man’s Land; that other worlds explored and colonized here, and fought among themselves for possession, but that now it’s owned by something: That something owns this earth – all others warned off.”

Is it just human desire for power? Is it some variation of the Anunnaki (the outer space connection)? Is it more spiritual, i.e., angelic/demonic forces messing with us for their own purposes? A lot depends on who is actually making (and carrying-out) the Plans…
3) On the mundane earth-plane level, the Democrats are choosing to inflame the situation, rather than pour oil on the waters. As of mid-afternoon Thursday, the language being used by higher-up Democrats is of gangs, mobs, seizing, defilement, etc. This is going to drive red-state types further into the corner, almost guaranteeing a response. After Grant forced Lee to surrender, Lincoln pardoned most fighters and strove to knit the states back together. The language was inclusive. What I have seen so far today is fanning the flames… (See 2 above.)
4) A large part of me intuits that all of this is ‘political theater’, designed to keep the American public (and world population) distracted from more-important things. All of this ‘frenzy’ – by both sides – stinks of misdirection… (See 2 above.)
Interesting Times…
Number 2 remains a high probability for a lot of (dare say) reasons. Ascertaining who of that they are no easy matter. The pursuit of them often leaves the pursuer with a riddle of the intellect placed there by those that simply can (those often mislabeled as they for greys and others). Probably why the intellect (called many things by thinkers of what it ought to be) is a work in progress.
Whether they’re deep rabbit holes or deeper tunnels of an ancient presence one explores, getting lost doesn’t seem likely so long as one stays on the planet. Found it best not to drink the cool-aid made from swamp water and all media forms that’s been drained off.

Personally, I think that earth and inhabitants are owned by something is right up there with perpetual sinners that can’t repay their sins ever. I do think our human overlords think they own earth’s population and can do with as they see fit. Are they allied with of-world entities (corporeal or other wise) of same ilk, propably. Are our human overlords owned could be a better question.

I am with CAFitts on this one. Direction of the military is usually the last word in the election verification equation .. and still yet to be determined.
I am not sure if we have heard from them yet. I cannot make up my mind. Normally I would think the military might want another war–and Biden is the obvious choice. On the other hand, I do wonder if they would prefer alliances with Russia against China than the reverse. China is the greater threat–as India well knows. Japan is in immediate danger as well. I tend to trend toward the latter–but I cannot tell.

Awesome and very enlightening News and Views! At least yesterday revealed to me that Q was a psyop from the get go and there never was a plan. Trump was never in charge of anything and continuity of government went into effect before he took office and stayed in play to this day most likely. They probably okayed some of his wishes to hide the fact that he wasn’t really the president while they manipulated him by those surrounding him with their people to do what they wanted. It’s obvious today that Trump was never playing 4D chess but the swamp was. What we witnessed the last four years was a conflict inside the deep state itself who now seems to have come to agreement again. Most likely Trump has been isolated, manipulated, and near powerless this whole time. Americans and the world are likely in deep trouble now because the New World Oligarchy today is probably one of the most insane and dangerous yet, armed with technological horrors of the likes we have yet to see.
I agree in part. Trump will go down in history as the biggest con artist that sat in the oval office. He lost much support when he continually slammed Mc Cain. I don’t care for the man but he did serve dangerous missions in VN and there were a lot of Arizonians that liked him. He denigrated the average VN soldier when he called them losers. I didn’t like his remarks about Vietnam vets either. I don’t know if you remember but it was known that POW’s were left behind in Vietnam and many were claiming it was Mc Cain who was blocking attempts to locate and bring them home. It was speculated that Mc Cain broke and did some very embarrassing things in Vietnam as a POW and the other POW’s were left behind to keep it from becoming public. It’s speculated that’s what the deep state was using to control Mc Cain with.
Right about mccain. I was puzzled as to why he kept hammering mccain while he was still fairly popular in Arizona.. a state Trump desperately needed along with the senator, who was a weak candidate, in my opinion. NV probably did give softer treatment to John as a result of the position of his father, who was over the Navy in the Pacific.
I had 3 brothers and a cousin who served there, one for 2 tours. Two of them, as well as my late cousin, are/were afflicted with problems from Agent Orange. My brothers were philosophical about it deeming it a two edged sword. On the one hand it caused serious health problems, but on the other hand it saved some lives as they were under siege until the foliage was destroyed They were Army, Marines and Air Force and none regret serving. Funny, the youngest brother (he’s 71 lol) is now in Kurdistan and has been in Afghanistan and Iraq off and on for the last 10 years for god knows what.
I’m giving Q one more chance because of the lap top escapade and comments about it by the retired Air Force General. I was beginning to suspect Q might be an attempt to organize and set up Rightwing activists into doing things that would justify a communist style purge of all known right wingers. At least in the minds of the outnumbered and out gunned radical left. Do our corrupt politicians really think this could succeed? They to would lose all their ill gotten gains when China and others took advantage of all the chaos to deliver an anhilating first nuclear strike or worse.
Dr. Farrell, we both drink from the same fountain of historical analysis. Rothbard and Berman figure heavily in my opinions about how this nation was founded. Indeed, the AntiFederalists Papers inform my opinions greatly as well. So, here we are!

The collapse of the Empire is being accelerated and this may not necessarily be a bad thing. You can tweak cycles but not control them unless you are a “time lord”. On the flip side, countless people will flourish and grow as the unstoppable processes of natural law catch up with the forces of hubris.
