THE MOSCOW ATTACKS: PUTIN: WE HAVE ONLY UNFRIENDLY ELITES
As you might have gathered from this week's blogs, I am very suspicious that there may be a connection between the Francis Scott Key Bridge Attack, and the West's actions in the Ukraine from the Kerch Strait Bridge attacks to the recent terrorist murders of over a hundred Russians at the Crocus concert hall in Moscow. As one might expect, and as I alluded to in Monday's blog ("A Bridge In Baltimore, Part One"), there have been further developments in the Moscow story, with the FSB (Federalnaya sluzhba Bezopaznosti) head Bortnikov giving a rare public press conference on the Russian intelligence agency's developing case for deeper western involvement behind the alleged ISIS- shooters who, in very uncharacteristic Islamic-terrorist-fashion, did not commit suicide upon danger of apprehension. And of course, there is that strange remark by Victoria Nuland in January before the Russian elections overwhelmingly returned Mr. Putin to power (thanks again to V.T. and P.T. and to all the rest of you for sharing these three articles):

The fact that Mr. Bortnikov made such a rare public appearance and clearly fingered the Ukraine, UK, and USA is worrying enough, but that he did so in no uncertain terms is even more concerning:
Russia has come out and bluntly stated that “The United States, Britain and Ukraine are behind the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall," the chief of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov has told the media. As I have said, NOBODY who thinks even objectively ever thought for one half-a-second that this had anything to do with ISIS or any Islamic Terrorist attack. First of all, it would be the first time such an act took place, and the terrorists tried to run. They typically die in such events, for they believe all their sins will be forgiven, and they get the 72 virgins.
Unfortunately, this was not very sophisticated to really try to cover up the source being Ukraine. They wanted Russia to know who was really behind this to provoke an attack on any NATO country so they could claim Russia was the aggressor. They need Russia to formally attack first to rally the stupid to die on the battlefield in Ukraine for God & Country, which is really for the NEOCONS since we don’t really have a president in charge of anything.
In this respect, and in an unusual departure from the normal practice on this website, I want to revisit an issue I briefly referred to in this previous Wednesday's blog, but which now must occupy our center attention, and it is a bombshell and, I believe, a warning and statement of intention:
No ‘unfriendly nations’ for Russia, only ‘unfriendly elites’ – Putin
As this article indicates, Mr. Putin made some unusual remarks to various artists while he was on a "working tour" of the Tver region. Mr. Putin made the remarks in the context of recent moves in the West to "cancel" Russian culture, including such stupidities and nonsense as cancelling programs and performances of Russian music by Russian composers such as Tchaikovsky. Well, good luck with that, because that means not performing a quite considerable swath of the classical music repertoire if one wants to ban all of Mussorgsky, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, Scriabin, Rimsky-Korsakov, and so on, and by implication other Russian artists and literati, Pushkin, Chekov, Tolstoy, Dostoyevski, Nabakov, Solzhenitsyn... you get the idea. Frankly, if we're going to start banning people because we don't want to hear them, then my vote is for not hearing from Bai Den Dzhao or Lindsey Grahamcracker ever again. But even better, let's not ban anyone at all, and yes, that means allowing Bai Den Dzhao and Lindsey Grahamcracker to continue to cluck and crow so we can continue to enjoy our Prokofiev and Rachmaninoff. if I have to have the misfortune of accidentally overhearing Bar Den Dzhao or the Grahamcracker so I can continue to enjoy some Prokofiev, then it's a price I'll gladly pay.
But I digress.
What caught my attention, in the midst of Mr. Putin's remarks, was this comment:
“We do not have any unfriendly nations, we have unfriendly elites in those nations,” the president said, adding that the Russian government “has never tried to cancel” any foreign artists or cultural performances. “On the contrary, we believe Russian culture to be a part of the global culture and we take pride [in this].” (Boldface emphasis added).
Notwithstanding the rather innocuous and non-message-sending-context of remarks to a group of Russian artists, I think Mr. Putin is again sending a very clear message, and remember, this is a message from the man that the West considers was directly responsible for ordering several assassinations like the Skripal murder in the United Kingdom. Whether or not Mr. Putin did so or not really is not germane to my argument, other than to point out that the West believes he is capable of doing so. So when an alleged assassin and head of government says "our problem is unfriendly elites," I take that to mean that Don Corleone is saying the problem isn't the Barzini family, its Don Barzini himself and his consigliari.
In short, I think that Russia and Russia's leader is again sending a message, and a very clear one: you, the western elites, who are clearly behind the attacks on Russia and Russian citizens, are no longer on the immune-from-retaliations list. If we clearly identify you as having had a hand in any of these or similar actions, we will consider you a legitimate target. You might be at dinner at a fancy restaurant, or driving your car through a toll gate, but we will get you. Your families and friends are not our concern, unless, of course, they were conclusively demonstrated to be involved in similar activities.
In short, I think Mr. Bortnikov just served notice that the gloves against the leaders and planners just came off.
Mr. Putin just underscored the point.
And that means in the weeks and months and years to come, it's going to get very interesting in the sudden-heart-attacks, sudden-turbo-cancers, deaths-at-toll-booths departments. The Mafia wars that I have been predicting for so long are, I think, at last under way.

The Russians like the Vietnamese know who are the true enemies are. These enemies are so evil they hate and despise their own people, citizens, subjects. The people of these nations are considered scum and trash by these Elites.

When successful, use Hegelian dialectic tactics to oust a moderate middle of sensible sanity (repeat until opposition is reduced or further removed). Always maintaining a CHEKist’s credo, cool head-warm heart-clean hands.
Ephemeral strategy is quite useful when documents, recordings, and any mannerisms can be misinterpreted or misconstrued (unless desired for effect) as they tag along onto plausible deniability which is built into each maneuver. More importantly, untraceable certainty. Putin’s is a pro as are a few of his inner circle elites (Oligarchs), Siloviki, and military minded best buds. Even to the point of increasing paranoia..
There’s more than if-fy signs that Putin has his Oligarchical elites alright, his restrained Siloviki who know the ropes and belt contests as well as he does and has the newest or generational kinsmen amongst the citizenry questioning a kleptocratic autocracy that puts on a Potemkin with Olympian décor. The non-aligned elites and the rest of those of power and political consequence are checking over their shoulders, too. Putin has reserved his right to pillage and plunder as he thinks manageable.
If it wasn’t for the takeover of NTV he’d still be portrayed as a strongman puppet which, as some insiders of Saint Petersburg and Moscow suggested was a most unflattering portrayal of his early ambitions. He started with a war and will likely end in a war.
The rest, colorful propaganda and disinformation for later day novelists.
And then there’s the UN-said that lurks along the periphery with the ephemeral nearly always waiting to instigate further like a sword and shield of treachery.
The Jews don’t exist, which is a documented fact, as they were originally outsiders, brought into the proto-Scythian ethnostate, by the Assyrian empire, as a means in warfare.
When the last proto-Scythian Judahite abandoned Jerusalem, in wake of the crucifixion, which ended the tin trade, then the last remnant of the ethnostate ceased to exist.

One of the many shortfalls of Western civilization is that it has not developed a methodology for dealing with the large number of especially males that are born psychopaths. Psychopaths and society at large then create a large number of sociopaths. It`s exactly how I see it, too.
Tsjajkovskij, Rakhmaninov, Rimsky-Korsakov have always been my favourite composers (along with Chopin, Beethoven, Mozart, J.S.Bach), I have enjoyed them since my childhood and keep on listeing to them every chance I get. No sanctions nor any vaccines (=injections), radiations…can ever take them away, or erase them from my inner records.
Absolutely agree with Mr Putin regarding the Russian culture, I would also add the Russian spirit (soul), which is an indisputable and valuable part of the human and global community… as much as the global community can still be called global or humane. We have so much to be grateful for and learn from the Russian people and culture in general, that it`s incomprehensible how today`s nuttheads (evil western elites) even should be allowed to breath the same air as (still) normal humans.
