    In Dubai and the United Arab Emirates there has been record rain and flooding this week (week commencing April 15). Bloomberg reports there were cloud seeding planes deployed on Sunday and Monday this week, and on Tuesday record flooding occurred! Cloud seeding missions in Emirati territory are run by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), a government task force.

      In the city of Al-Ain – just over 62 miles from Dubai – about 256mm (10inches) of rain was recorded in just 24 hours. Note that the cloud seeding planes are based in Al-Ain. Seems the cloud seeding was over effective and produced chaotic results!

    Madeleine Albright, “What’s the point of having it, if your not going to use?”.
    Where 500,000 children’s lives are worth it?
    That’s the mindset in charge?
