UHM… SAY THAT AGAIN? TIME ZONES, FOR THE MOON?

Now, here's a story that, at first glance, may seem completely unrelated to Monday's blog about the solar eclipse, chemtrails, and my "they're hiding something about celestial mechanicss," that "something" possibly being torsion-related. During the run-up to the solar eclipse event, a few of you saw and sent the following story (our thanks to M.W., K.M., and many others of you who saw this article and passed it along):

Now, why would NASA and the Bai Den Dzhao regime of a misadministration be wanting to establish time zones on the Moon and other celestial bodies? Part of the answer is the obvious one: some sort of standardized and agreed-upon means for telling time on those bodies will be essential if humans are ever to inhabit them, and (more importantly) conduct commerce on, and between, them.

But there's another, much less obvious reason, and the article itself hints at it, and here, as they say, is "vhere ze plot thickens":

The White House on Tuesday directed NASA to establish a unified standard of time for the moon and other celestial bodies, as the United States aims to set international norms in space amid a growing lunar race among nations and private companies.

The head of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), according to a memo seen by Reuters, instructed the space agency to work with other parts of the U.S. government to devise a plan by the end of 2026 for setting what it called a Coordinated Lunar Time (LTC).

The differing gravitational force, and potentially other factors, on the moon and on other celestial bodies change how time unfolds relative to how it is perceived on Earth. Among other things, the LTC would provide a time-keeping benchmark for lunar spacecraft and satellites that require extreme precision for their missions.

“The same clock that we have on Earth would move at a different rate on the moon,” Kevin Coggins, NASA’s space communications and navigation chief, said in an interview. (Italicized and boldface emphases added)
The bit about gravitation is apparent: change the mass of an object, one changes its gravitation, and any other attendant inertial properties, such as rates of vibration. An object such as - oh, I don't know, Richard C. Hoagland's Bullova Accutron watch with its tiny tuning fork vibrator - might vibrate at "x" cycles per second on Earth, and "x-n" cycles on the Moon, with "x>n".
But notice that cryptic phrase "and potentially other factors," like torsion. What is torsion? My usual analogy for people who don't know what it is, is to illustrate its effects on space-time by using the example of an empty soda can. Imagine you've just drained a soda can of your favorite soda (in my case, that would be Mr. Pibb). Having drained your soda can, you then do what many people do, you crumple it up before throwing it away. In this case, you take your empty soda can, and cover it with dots regularly spaced in a checkerboard pattern with a permanent magic marker, and then, after having done so, you take the can in both hands, and wring it like a dishrag.
The can crumples and twists, and that twist is, precisely, torsion. The  amount of that twist can be measured by the displacement of your gridwork of dots that you drew on the can from their original position, a complicated bit of mathematics known as tensor calculus is used to show this displacement. The math is complicated, the concept is not. But in any case, that empty and twisted soda can is representative of the effects of torsion on space-time.  It exists, but it is usually not modeled in standard practice, until a German physicist named Walter Gerlach (yea, for those of you paying attention, the very same), who, with a couple of Austrian physicists named Lense and Thirring, pointed out long before there were satellites around the Earth, that satellites in orbit around Earth would experience subtle shifts of position. Pre-relativists called it "aether drag" or "aether wind," post-relativists invented their own term ("frame dragging"), but both were in effect talking about torsion, and a Russian astrophysicist, Dr. Nikolai Kozyrev, spent much time in classified projects in the Soviet Union investigating the phenomenon, to post-Cold War denunciations of "pseudo-science" and so on. He was not alone in noticing "some things made no sense" along the standard models. Another was American physicist T.Townsend Brown, who had invented a unique type of capacitor that, he noticed, would actually appear to levitate under certain electomagnetic conditions, and return to its rest state in distinct quantifiable "jumps". More importantly, like Kozyrev some years later in the Soviet Union, and independently of him, he noted that this effect varied with time, that is to say, varied with planetary positions and influences.
Like the most obvious planetary position of them all: eclipses of the Sun and MoonThus, if one wished to have an extremely accurate and empirical measure of the precise effects of torsion in a local celestial system, one would have to be able to take measurements of changes in vibration rates (inertial mass conditions) of known systems  - an acutron watch, or an atomic clock - on celestial bodies whose masses are known. (And in the Moon's case, for those paying close attention once again, this might be somewhat "problematic"... think Wernher von Braun and Time magazine here). Under those conditions, one might find nearly identical systems on the Moon giving different results during an eclipse....
... and all of that implies, of course, that such accurate instruments might already be on the lunar surface, and that measurements of this nature were taken from a variety of positions: the surface of the Moon, earth orbiting satellites, the planetary surface, &c. And interestingly enough, such effects do vary, minutely, with the amount of light or electromagnetic energy hitting an object or, in this case, being shielded from it... or perhaps, the solar wind itself turning off for a couple of days...
So... just in time for the 2024 Solar eclipse, we find someone wanting to standardize time zones on the Moon, which makes me suspect that this is already done and the time pieces are already there, and may have been for some  - here it comes - time...  By now, all of this should start to ring a bell...
See you on the flip side...

The thought that struck me as I read this…

Between the ‘shooting rockets at the eclipse’. and the article mentioned in this post, maybe they were ‘setting the clock’…
or, like in the old movies, when pulling off a complex multi-actor heist, the last time the group meets before the ‘games begin’, there’s the famous line…”OK guys, let’s synchronize our watches”…

    This doesn’t bode well.
With the way Mr. Globaloney’s narrative is crumbling maybe it’s time for VonBraun’s fake invasion?…Make sure the earth based and moon based ARV’s all “get to the church on time”?

    Hmmm…

Funny, as I am reading this article in the Forum, I`m also bumping into another short article issued today Apr 19th (in Hungarian) about how the the English Heritage & scientists (from the universities in Oxford, Leicester and Bournemoth) are busy studying the strange connection bewteen Stonehendge and the moon. More precisely the connection between the 4 Stations stones arround Stonehenge and the moon, saying that it is probaly not coincidental that those stones got placed there…they correlate somehow to the extremities of the moon. The reason they are extra busy to find a correlation (they claim) is the upcoming lunar standstill expected by 2025…
But might it be that they want to test if earth`s clock/time can be adjusted to this new “unified standard of time for the moon and other celestial bodies”?
the White House and Bai Den Dzhao regime do not talk explicitly abouth the earth in this context, only the moon and other celestial bodies…so I`m thinking, are they even considering having earth along in this “galactic” project? Or are they counting (and working) on leaving it behind for the useless-clueless monkeys as a field of possible-exploitation-in-the-future (see breakaway civilization), and nothing more? Why else would they bother to make such plans while on earth, why not just pick up the baggage and leave? They don`t want to cut all ties with earth, it might be good for something even seen from the moon and other celestial bodies…

As I never read of heard the word before now, as I just “made it up” , I claim a copyright on “scienterrific”.

“The math is complicated. The concept is not. ”

“In as much as mathematics deals with certainty, it is not about reality. In as much as it deals with reality, it is not certain. ”
    Einstein
Steven Crothers’ “The Parallax Effect on Short Hair”/Thunderbolts Project is a lovely expose of the practices of “scienterrific ” mathemagicians.

Yes, they’re having fun with time travel. A lot of people are gonna get paid a lot of money to come up with this malarky. Mathemagicians Rule The (eclipsed) Day.
Oh, speaking of twists and torsion…yeah, the north node in Revati. Quite the twist those nodes. That’s the twist and torsion they like to play with most of all.
Speaking of Mathemagicians’ Illusions, did you know that there’s a Big Bang Universe and also a Black Hole Universe, the two of which are mutually exclusive. Which two they never state, as there are supposedly four kinds of Black Holes and three kinds of Big Bangs. Mathemagics is something else.

I wonder how long it would take an hour glass to empty on the Moon?

Since school’s real purpose is not to promote education but to prevent education, we can presume that college and university graduates are pseudo-educated and only a tiny elite know the truth in any field.

“vibes of cosmos” have excellent material (books and videos) explaining where we are and what the moon is. Also the astronomical clock in Prague will explain you a lot. And lastly also the difference in clock speeds from the various operating systems in operating systems in computers.

I truly wonder “where” this “coordination” of time zones is taking place?
A symphony of puppet strings, working to fashion one strand of a coming “space net”?
Are “aliens” in the “policy loop”?

So those “in-the-know” would belong to the White-Rabbit Club?
An Alice-In-Wonderland specialized science – meant too include certain scientists?
    Like at Lockheed-Martian?
This siloed information set has to be coordinate.
    And.. ?
Adds significant cost of doing business; due to the inherent cost of secrecy.
    At least two space programs?
And how many time zones are now on the Moon[real, fake, and/or secret]?

Makes one wonder when do these “scientists” get a “real” education?
    Of course, “they” must be vetted. Have to correct make-up;
ideology; genetically blend-in, like a chameleon; etc., etc.

The dual principle of Yahweh-Elohim – as a cultural trope – correlates with Yin-Yang, as an Olam.

Time is a flux, a vortex, according to Doctor Who, defining time, as a relative dimension in space.

When everything happens at once, then time is suspended, which defines eternity, as a Buddha quantum field.

Spatiotemporal “torsion” is a spiraling galactic staircase, a runic genome, curving in on itself, a whirligig.

    BUDDHA SAKYA MUNI

    Scythian shot, in hasteful ride,
    is battlefield turning tide,
    with yoga training
    in stretching,
    that Ashtanga does provide.

    THROUGH SUNDIAL ACROSS [π]

    Flaming arrow of flying spark,
    seeks out sundial mark,
    on the other side
    at yuletide,
    halfway out of the dark.

    • anakephalaiosis on April 17, 2024 at 6:53 am

BTW, Buddha field is defined, as a distributed consciousness, which is outside normal perception, because consciousness is a single focal point, between 1st and 7th seal.

Beyond those seven “quantum leaps”, there is no limit, which is a state of being, that is known as “heaven”, or, by the Persian word “paradise”, which means enclosed garden.

      • anakephalaiosis on April 17, 2024 at 11:05 am

A rhetorical question: what is the significance of using a Persian word, Paradise, to describe a state of being, as an enclosed garden?

Newtonian physics is a universal clockwork, where trains run on time, which doesn’t include the possibility for extracurricular activities.

Another word, for cause and effect, would be karma, and, seen as a cycle, a “karmic wheel” can be taken off its axis, and removed from narrative.

Paradise becomes an extracurricular state of being, guarded, by a sword of fire.

The “Scythian shot” (or Parthian) is derived, from the dual principle of Yahweh-Elohim, which has widespread corollaries, because of deep-rooted absorption, into various cultures along the “Silk Road”, throughout history:

          https://sputnikglobe.com/20240415/iranian-media-confirms-use-of-unstoppable-hypersonic-missiles-in-israel-counterstrike-1117940612.html

In Europe, the Scythio-Saxon legacy is Odin, whose martial arts produce the “Scythian shot”, which, ideologically, defeats the papal empire, because the Holy Grail is a Mimir’s skull cup.

Further, Odin’s two brothers, Woe and Will, correlate with Yahweh-Elohim (Yin-Yang), which is a Taoistic resistance movement, in Sun Tzu’s philosophy, as I Ching.

The universal compass idea, inside an Olam, is standard shamanism, which is a swastika, i.e. the “four rivers”, in the Book of Genesis.
