THE ARROW OF TIME IS RELATIVE TO CORRELATED PARTICLES

Mr. H.B. found this article at our friends from phys.org, and it's a stunner if one stops to think about it:

Experiment shows that arrow of time is a relative concept, not an absolute one

What is interesting - and, I would aver, pregnant with implications - is that while the overall arrow of vector of time in the macro-verse (if one may so speak), remains fixed by the second law of thermodynamics, there can be localized reversals of that vector of time due to the phenomenon of particle correlation:

The idea of has been in the news a lot lately as researchers around the world attempt to use it for various purposes—but there is another lesser-known property of particles that is similar in nature, but slightly different. It is when particles become correlated, which means they become linked in ways that do not happen in the larger world. Like entanglement, correlated particles share information, though it is not as strong of a bond. In this new experiment, the researchers used this property to change the direction of the arrow of .

The experiment consisted of changing the temperature of the nuclei in two of the atoms that exist in a molecule of trichloromethane—hydrogen and —such that it was higher for the hydrogen nucleus than for the carbon nucleus, and then watching which way the flowed. The group found that when the nuclei of the two atoms were uncorrelated, heat flowed as expected, from the hotter hydrogen nucleus to the colder carbon nucleus. But when the two were correlated, the opposite occurred—heat flowed backward relative to what is normally observed. The hot nucleus grew hotter while the cold nucleus grew colder. This observation did not violate the second law of thermodynamics, the group explains, because the second law assumes there are no correlations between .
(Italicized emphasis added.)

Let the sheer magnitude of philosophical and scientific implications of that last statement sink in for a moment: the second law does not assume particle correlations, and that raises yet another question: as semi-coherent correlation grows to the point of the coherence of actual entanglement, could entanglement - if achieved on a macroscale - expand the scale on which this relative reversal of the vector of time occurs? Stating the problem in this end-of-the-twig fashion of high octane speculation raises other "correlations." There are experiments in the realm of "psi" or "paranormal" research that test "pre-cognition", or (if one may so put it) a reverse temporal flow of information. Most readers here, for example, are aware of the famous Princeton "eggs", the random number generators which, prior to 9-11, registered a steep increase of non-randomness, and that implied correlation of some sort of a massive type, and on a systemic scale exceeding that of mere particles. Information, or at least the "shock waves" from it, appeared to have flowed backward in time, resulting in the "pre-cognitive" result recorded by the Princeton eggs prior to the event. If these questions should eventually prove to be related, then it would appear that consciousness and observers would play a crucial role in the flow of information in time, both forward, and backward. And if they should prove to be related, then it would seem apparent that the effect seems greater on groups than it does on individuals.

Not to coin a pun, but time, of course, will eventually tell.

See you on the flip side...

Call me dense old fashioned or stuck in time but this one doesnt look like it can be conceptualized let alone conceptualized well let alone conceptualized well enuf to b functional.

At least frank herbert got me a little more comfortable with definitions of precog n connection that seemed more functional. Terms above like “correlated” come off as just so much deep sounding euphamism tho.

Whatever the technology of the times; is the metaphor.
This brings to my mind the holographic universe theory where the observer/mind and universe are intimately entangled. Like when a holographic plate is cut in half, the picture still is there – albeit with holes in it. The mind behave somewhat the same fashion[in studies of brain injuries]. Also, a small snipit of a holographic frame, still represents a partial whole picture of the whole[a holographic frame of holes, still partially representing the whole picture’s frame/thus, even the programed language is entangled as well]
Now the devil is in the detail, but the conceptual frame is set; in that the observer[s] expand to total “snipit” exponentially. N
Now the question is when manipulating the observer[s] mind[s] toward a targeted “reality” for the whole; does the universe’s time arrows reality frame begin to coincide with the masses orchestrated perception of the “new” reality.
Granted, the results would be haphazard; but a super computer[or quantum] might yield some surprising correlations when compared with placebo groups.

Although, this is just the tip of an iceberg of pixels
that groups form a sense of observed illusion[s] termed “reality”.

    …continuing w/wild & crazy scenarios.

if there is any germ of truth in controlling the social media to move in a new precognition reality; where “real” case studies could reflect this observers experimental precognition/”time” – the one should be extremely con/CERN[ed].

They are only taking a stab at this. Scientists will always stumble at consciousness, what it is and it’s origin. This is exactly what I will be addressing with my questions at the next vid chat.

“Localized reversal”; this brings to mind the apparent “retrograde” motion of the planets studied in astrology, said to bring out the “negative” qualities of the planet involved.

    • Kahlypso on December 5, 2017 at 9:53 am

Hey Dana.. dont confondre Retrograde with negative.. Its more about introspective energies and leanring from past mistakes.. but hey.. on the other hand.. its just an optical illusion dude 🙂

      • DanaThomas on December 5, 2017 at 1:56 pm

More than “negative” I should have said “delaying effect” which is the common astrological interpretation of retrograde movement.

This is exactly what was discovered in the Princeton PEAR experiments, which can be found online. The effects of all these paranormal, precognition and influencing of future events were increased when done by groups. Of course this is why we have divide and rule, and why out teevee “programming” is full of violence and fear. Just insuring the proper outcome.

Basta, one of the most intriguing ‘results’ coming out of PEAR (and reviewed in Jahn’s book) was the phenomenon of the ‘negative psychic’. This was where a person tested way out-of-the-norm (statistically), but to the negative side rather than the positive side. Rather than getting many-more results correct than chance, they got many-less results correct than chance. Just as psychic…

To achieve this ‘negative psychic’ result, the person had to, in effect, look or step into the future, note what a positive result would be, and consciously (although blocked out of conscious recognition) then-perform the opposite of a positive result. Or, access all the possible futures and ‘pick’ just the perfect one to have a negative result. Either way, the ‘negative psychic’ was operating beyond normal spacetime. Time travel or ‘correlation’ indeed…

(Some researchers speculated that ‘negative psychic’ behavior was because of past trauma associated with being psychic – including past lives. Being drowned or burned at the stake might be remembered across lifetimes…)

I was wondering when they would get to time not working the way we thought it should…I’ll keep on repeating myself until its manifests into reality..It isnt a dimension, its a vector. Time is destroyed as its experienced and recreated continously…. the hindus were right about that.. and sound is creation. that too..
Sidenote on time travel that no one bothers to talk about :
Imagine.. If you were able to travel back in time.. back 40.. cripes even more now.. years.. go see Woodstock..
If somehow it were possible.. some giant intergalactic harddrive saving all of time somewhere.. the biggest harddrive ever imagined.. that you can access and insert yourself into a specific moment in the past… all we need is some high energy particles in order to create a wormhole.. Good luck sucking vacuum… erR.. Electrically charged ether..because planet Earth is 40 years (or revolutions of the planet earth around its parent star) away. . Time is just a measure of distance traveled.
I’d say that time being experienced is relative to the observer..OHMMMM..

I hope that soon if not in your next book that you are working on now or one in the near future that you incorporate time and dimensions as your focus or related to your topic of interest. Your books always turn out to be awesome.

I forgot to add “consciousness” to time and dimensions.

    • Westcoaster on December 8, 2017 at 5:09 pm

Since you bring up the subject of “dimensions”, George Ure from urbansurvival.com has just released such a book. I believe the title is “The dimension next door” and I’m sure it’s at Amazon. I’m hoping for it as a Christmas gift.

My own sense of all this is that entanglement is extremely common and it is highly likely that everything is entangled with everything else — that one half of the universe is literally entangled with the other– positive and negative, yin and yang, dark and light — and from this comes all of our precognition, extrasensory and paranormal abilities.
Since consciousness precipitates matter from immanent waveform energy, ultimately entanglement is not twinned particles but synchronous waves, and precognition is the ability to travel the wave or displace consciousness along it at any point.

    • Kahlypso on December 5, 2017 at 6:32 am

you’re talking about remote viewing and electrical conductivity?

      • basta on December 5, 2017 at 6:37 am

Remote viewing is one part of it but I think this is how all our so-called intuitive faculties work. The brain is accessing these entangled waveforms and the information they encode.
