Joseph P. Farrell has a doctorate in patristics from the University of Oxford, and pursues research in physics, alternative history and science, and "strange stuff". His book The Giza DeathStar, for which the Giza Community is named, was published in the spring of 2002, and was his first venture into "alternative history and science".

    He mentioned this “Secret Weaponry” back in 2002 as well in this video:

    At the 4:22 mark he begins to talk about scientists a weapon that is capable of altering the Earth’s axis.

    In the new video as posted by Larry he seems to almost leads one to speculate that the soviets may have carried out some sort of attack using this weaponry. Another interesting thing was that there is indications that the atmosphere prior to the quake was heated up.
