    Hi Dr. Farrell,

    I’ve been meaning to complement you for a long time about this/your mind-boggling/tremendous interview for a long time since I listened to it but my grueling work schedule has prevented me from spending much time on-line;

    please continue to be well Dr. Farrell and all readers;

    from an opera singer (probably the only one on this website; people of my ilk aren’t usually interested in the topics presented here)…

    Larry in Germany 🙂

    Does real justice to the book.
    The Dark Journalist and the Doctor work extremely well together.
    Like Marcus, looking forward to part three.
    The Third Way was one of my all-time favorites;
    especially, the last few pages concerning CERN.

    A good interview with lots of information. A few more things on Allen Dulles and Joesph McCarthy, though.

    I just finished David Talbot’s new book “The Devil’s Chessboard,” a lengthy, well researched and readable tome on Allen Dulles. Dulles was a sly, brilliantly cunning spymaster. He was also amoral, with no ethical or moral center in his professional life, and little in his private life. Though he could be charming at will, which suited his deceitful says.

    Anyhow, he was a Nazi sympathizer and as a high ranking OSS officer in WWII he helped many Nazi intelligence personnel, doing so on the sly and against FDR’s orders. He should have been tried for treason, but knew how to cover his tracks and had many contacts in high places. As Dr. Farrell said, he helped many Nazi’s enter the U.S. after WWII as well, once again against official rules.

    As for Joseph McCarthy, Dulles, then head of the CIA, quietly supported him until McCarthy started going “off the rails.” McCarthy was a functional alcoholic at that time. Dulles couldn’t reason with him, so he got his friend, V.P. red baiter Dick Nixon to talk with McCarthy. But, McCarthy wouldn’t listen to him, either. Dr. Farrell is correct, a behind the scenes campaign was launched to undermine him, ending in Joseph Welch’s famous line to McCarthy on live T.V., “have you no shame, Senator,” which cut what legs he still had out from under him.

    It’s no mystery how and why Joseph McCarthy died. David Talbot summarizes it in his book. McCarthy’s alcoholism escalated out of control and he ended up numerous times in a hospital with the D.T.’s and having to detox. His health collapsed and he went to a drunkard’s grave.

    Personally, I wouldn’t put it past Dulles, who knew no moral limits, to have had some hired, undercover operators assist McCarthy down his gin soaked road to ruin.

      I’ve also read the Talbot book but I think Talbot missed the entire point about Dulles: Dulles was a Nazi influenced collaborator;

      if one is truly interested in this topic another good source is Mike Sparks’ book “James Bond is Real” about the life of Ian Fleming who seemed to have known who/what was behind WW2 and the Fuehrer’s escape from Berlin-

      according to Sparks Fleming also succumed to rampant alchoholism later in his life but died of supposed “internal injuries”-

      be well all-

    Sometimes it would appear that we are living in the Babylon 5 universe where everything is a battle between Shadows and Vorlons … but in this universe perhaps they have united their efforts . . .

    DR. Farrell, Great interview. You filled in a lot of gaps in the post WWII hidden history. Were the “Vela Incident or Vela Flash ” and the “Oklo natural reactor” related parts (end and beginning) of the same Operation?
