LORD BLACKHEATH SURFACES AGAIN… BUT THIS TIME IT’S NOT ...
All of you remember Lord James of Blackheath, don't you? Well, in case you've forgotten who he is, he was the British peer who, a few years ago, stood in the House of Lords and gave a most peculiar speech that cited unusual amounts of gold in the world. I wrote about his speech - which was causing something of a minor fuss on the internet at that time - in my book Covert Wars and Breakaway Civilizations. In fact, I cited much of his remarks, as Hansard reported them, in that book. The upshot of Lord Blackheath's remarks was that he was trying to get to the bottom of how much gold there was in the world, and as a result, contacted acquaintances in the Old Lady of Threadneedle Street (the Bank of England), and was given answers that amounted to approximately 1500 tons. There was, of course, much more to Lord Blackheath's remarks than just that, but that was one of the things that grabbed my attention, for at around the same time, the calls within Germany by Germans to audit their country's gold reserves had reached such a pitch that the Bundesbank decided to begin the process of repratriation of Germany's gold deposits from London, Paris, and most importantly, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Of course, I don't for a moment assume these pressures were the only reason Germany decided to do this. If anything, they were convenient pressures, when the real reasons were probably geopolitical, and growing mistrust between Berlin on the one hand, and London and Washington on the other.
In any case, the amounts being cited by Lord Blackheath were far below even the reported amounts of just German gold allegedly on deposit in New York. And of course, Lord Blackheath himself expressed no considerable mystification at the time at not being able to get any rational approximation from his contacts.
Well, Mr. J.R. found this article and passed it along, and I regard it as so significant in terms of my "high octane speculations" about hidden systems of finance, that I absolutely have to comment on it. Here's the article:
Now, much as I'd like to belabor the moral myopia of helping to smuggle children out of the United Kingdom when one suspects "something might be going on but I did it anyway," I suspect the article itself does a decent enough job of that.
So I will pass on to my high octane speculation of the day by way of a bit more background: my friend and colleague, former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban development Catherine Austin Fitts has expressed the opinion - during an interview with Daniel Liszt, a.k.a. the "Dark Journalist" - that the western elites have always admired slavery as a system of economic privilege and control. The problem, she averred, was that the capital could not be "perfected," after all, slaves ran away to pursue a life of freedom and their own economic self interest. Now, however, the means of "perfecting the capital" are available, as the following article suggests:

Most of us, I'm quite certain, who read the second article will have a "John of Patmos moment" contemplating the dire implications of that development.
But if one is running covert human trafficking rings - whether for child sex slavery, adult sex slavery, or other forms of slavery - such technology does allow one to "keep track of the cargo," i.e., to perfect the "capital."

...High Octane Speculation of the day: For years, in several books, blogs, and interviews, I've maintained that there is in existence a hidden system of finance, whose basic "mechanics" is the trade in bearer securities backed by "gold", and hence, for me, I am of the opinion that the various "bearer bond scandals" are not, in spite of all official protestations to the contrary, easily dismissible as "simple counterfeiting scams." We are assured - at one time even by President Obama himself - that the "securities" recovered during these scandals are completely fake, and that there is absolutely nothing to it. Yet, the same scam is run repeatedly, over and over. As I've observed several times: "one does not counterfeit a seven dollar bill." In other words, even if the "securities" recovered during these scandals are fakes, no counterfeiter would attempt to run the same scam over and over again, unless there was an element of truth lurking somewhere in the center of it. The fact that many of these "securities" are "gold-backed" bearer bonds, takes us back once again to lord Blackheath's mystification a few years ago on the floor of the House of Lords, as recorded in Hansard's. My argument then was, in order to make a hidden system of finance work, and remain off the books, one key mechanism was the physical movement of such "securities."
Further research, however, revealed something else, namely, that the term "gold" often functioned as a codename for drugs, and given the overwhelming size of the underground drug economy as a proportion of the financial system, I also concluded that the "gold" backing these "securities" may not have been exclusively actual bullion, but drugs.
In recent years, however, we've seen an increase of stories about human trafficking and sex-slavery rings, involving every demographic from little children to Siamese women. The extent of these stories has touched every continent, implying that there are world-wide networks involved in this "business," which, given its vast extent, must also comprise an underground economy of considerable size. The Taken series of movies with Irish actor Liam Neeson explores this brutal system in fictional guise. The political purpose of such networks is, of course, rather obvious, for it entangles the rich and politically powerful in compromising activity, which create what Catherine Fitts has described as "control files" to blackmail compliance. With this possibility, one is looking at the implication that such rings are deeply and intimately entangled with the "deep state" and various intelligence agencies, and thus, with my hypothesized hidden system of finance.
Which brings me back to Lord Blackheath, and a final, new, speculation. What if "gold" is code not only for "drugs," but for human "cargo" and "capital", as part of this enormous network? In other words, what if slavery itself is a crucial component of this hidden system of finance? Need laborers to help build all those underground secret installations? If that sounds far-fetched, don't forget that there's precedent: the Nazis did it, and incidentally, they did it within an economic empire being run by the SS, where every unfortunate victim was tagged, tattooed, and numbered as the "capital assets" of the system.
Such a speculation goes a long way, for example, to explain the difficulties facing Vatican bank reform attempts, for if my speculation be true, then that bank would be intimately connected to these "financial activities," and hence, attempts to deal with clergy scandal abuses and Vatican financial reform are not two separate issues, but intimately connected. Just recently, George
Cardinal Pell, who was tasked by Pope Francis to oversee the Vatican budget, has returned to Australia to answer sexual abuse charges.
However, if what I am proposing is true, then the extent of this human trafficking-finance ring will not be confined solely or exclusively to the Vatican: it will be intimately entwined with other large financial institutions. The Vatican might just end up being the (convenient) patsy. The hypothesis might even go a long way to explain one possible reason behind all the mysterious banker deaths and "suicides" of the past few years.

I find it odd that Ratzinger and Pell were hung up to dry. I have a sneaking suspicion the ‘pink mafia’ is at play here.
I know for a fact (lawyer friend worked on Catholic reinsurance fund) that Pell was very amenable to the plight of victims and payed out considerable compensation to victims. One has to remember the church had no legal obligation to do so as individual parish trustees are not legally responsible for employees and the seat of the Cardinal is a corporate sole seperate from the trustees.
Here’s where it gets interesting, heterosexual prostitution slave trade in the West is a ruse, unfortunately knowing someone in the ‘business’ with extensive interests I know for a fact the ‘slave trade’ is mostly made up.
Apart from a tiny minority of immigrants working off to pay debts and drug addicts the absolute overwhelming majority of prostituion is voluntary, paid very well and with very good conditions. It’s hard for most to accept this but you’d be surprised how many white collar women even turn tricks on the side. Easy money.

I have a low octane speculation that drug addiction on a mass level is used to suppress the people. 2017 is the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love, when LSD spread like wild fire. Funny, very little reference to it in the MSM, perhaps because it was outed as national/global psy-op?
I would state the last part a little differently: What might be called the Hippy Movement was gaining steam and starting to seriously challenge the Establishment. Hard-core drugs (including LSD) were used by Establishment tools to derail and diffuse this burgeoning rebellion. (I also believe that AIDS was deliberately used to defuse, through fear, the ‘awakening’ energy brought-on by the se xual revo lution…)
I was a late-teen in those years. I still remember the acridness of tear-gas in the DC streets. Protests were huge, especially after several political leaders were bumped-off. The Establishment was scared. There were certainly psy-op elements in the movement, but IMHO the movement got away from them…

From January 2018, Australians shall no longer be able to buy products containing codeine without prescription. They say this is going to help the opioid crisis in this country. Apparently people are overdosing on prescription drugs at an alarming rate, and officialdom seems to think that the opiate overdoses are unintentional…
hang on a minute. They’re saying people are dying from prescription meds, but they want to ban over the counter meds??
All of that distracts us from the fact that the most dangerous component of these painkillers is paracetamol (acetaminophen). If you take too many over-the-counter painkillers, you die from liver failure from the paracetamol, not the codeine. Paracetamol will remain freely available after January.
The most dangerous drug, by miles, is alcohol.
I am concerned that this brand new hard line on much-loved painkillers will demonise a generation of (for example) migraine sufferers. They will be labelled junkies without (a) a workable alternative to opiates to manage their pain, or (b) a workable detox facility to take in the millions of people who will be in withdrawal in January.
To me, it reeks of profiteering. Changing our most popular painkillers to prescription only will quadruple their cost (unless you’re lucky enough to have a doctor who writes the maximum dosage prescriptions).
I think this is linked to the legalisation of medical marijuana: again, drug manufacturers get to mess around with chemicals to produce something that’s way more expensive than home grown weed, and probably less effective. They are working against small businesses that produce the oil at affordable prices for use by epileptics, cancer sufferers et al.
So it’s perfectly possible that the gold is drugs, and the drugs in question are not the illicit cocaine or heroin, but the ones in much more common usage. The customer base for codeine use is orders of magnitude larger than that for ‘hard’ drugs. Maybe we’re looking at a shift in approach, away from ‘hard’ drugs and all the geopolitical hassles involved in securing supplies, to much more popular and profitable drugs (or versions of them; codeine is a derivative of opium) where the production is protected because it’s for the domestic pharmaceutical market… Much more profitable to the pushers, and less expensive to supply.
Sandygirl, I’m going to give a partly-metaphysical response:

We came down here to earth-plane to accomplish certain things (individually and collectively). If we are sticking fairly close to that ‘agenda’, there are no problems. However, if we are led seriously astray (not meaning that religiously), there will be a serious ‘conflict’ going-on internally – due to the disconnect between original-purpose and currently-lived life. This is known at a deep level, even if not consciously.
If I were subconsciously-aware that my currently-lived life was a ‘lie’ at the soulular-purpose level, I would experience pain, which is down-converted to anger – and the anger would be converted to depression, if I did not make whatever ‘changes’ were needed. From there, it is only a short trip (sorry) to serious drug use to mask that original pain.
Given the rampant drug usage in America, I would suggest that Americans are aware that we (individually and collectively) are seriously off-purpose, and don’t know what to do about that Truth…
(On a positive note, that subconscious ‘wish’ to get back on-purpose can bring-in powerful ‘allies’…)
Oh my, I never made the connection even though it was staring me right in the face. The bearer bonds being backed by gold, code for drugs, and humans being trafficked. Hmm time for some high octane speculation of my own, in Joseph’s books discussed above he breaches the notion that backing these bearer bonds and stock derivatives, in addition to drugs, and now human slaves, was the collaterallization of space. Under Obama the amount of drugs being pumped into our country and people overdosing has increased wildly (I don’t have time to check the exact figures, I think it was an increase of a factor 4x, but it may have been as high as 8x in many places). I’m willing to bet the slavery and trafficking has increased by a similar factor.
Concurrent to the above was the financial crisis and bailouts, which were both suspicious in and of themselves. Someone “strong armed” the US Government out of many multiples of trillions of dollars. So was the explosive increase in the trafficking networks a means to recoup that loot given in “tribute?”
However, why not expand that third arm backing the hidden system of finance, namely the mining of near earth bodies? We have the tech to do it, or at least the black world does, so why aren’t we propping the system up using that morally neutral methodology as opposed to the evil and despicable practices of the other two? Ergo, have we been blockaded? Were the bailouts not enough in tribute? Have we yet to meet the demands of those in charge of the blockade? Not to mention, Who are they? Hmmm would anyone want to make a guess at that last one?
Is it humanity that is being blockaded or the remnants/decedents of those who lost the war? They would naturally rise to become the “elite” and may even have extended life spans. The easiest way to rid yourself of the sheer numbers of missing would be off planet slavery where there is no chance of finding any evidence.
That is a very very good point. Are WE being blockaded, humanity as a whole that is, or rather the powers that be (the people of whom have most definitely breed out their humanity to a large degree in order to preserve and/or enhance the quanity of that original male god [with a little g] component.) Remember that it was the “losers” of the cosmic war that gained control of the great pyramidal weapon, i.e. In my opinion, not the people that fired it off.

We were occupied by the Anu/Enlil/Enki faction (probably reptilian or mixed) long-enough to build a sizable base-structure on Earth. Then, the records of ancient humanity portray ferocious aerial and/or local-space battles. That was probably another faction (Pleiadian?) sweeping-through our Solar System. Note, it was at that time that the Anu/Enlil/Enki faction disappeared from public view, along with most of their advanced tech. However, no ‘land invasion’, Okinawa-style, has taken place in the millennia since then…
I am thinking of the American campaign in the Solomon Islands. A MAJOR Japanese base was at Rabaul. It would have been costly and slow to take. So, American land and carrier-based aircraft gradually destroyed Japanese aircraft based at Rabaul and sank most replenishment shipping. The base at Rabaul was rendered ineffective and simply bypassed – for strategic reasons.

I could make a case that the above is what has happened within our Solar System. It has nothing to do with humanity; we are the equivalent of the Polynesian natives. Goshawks, apologies while I pick a nit: The residents of Solomon Islands and Rabaul (which is and was part of PNG) are Melanesian, not Polynesian. Polynesians live east and south of Melanesia. The Solomon Islands province of Temotu is Polynesian but the rest of the islands are Melanesian. The campaign in Solomon Islands took Henderson Field, which was also under construction by the Japanese. While I lived on Guadalcanal, I had occasion to visit the Japanese memorial there. The whole island is burdened with a particularly dark spirit; the atmosphere around the Japanese memorial was even darker than the rest of the place.

Also, thank you for the personal notes. You may have been experiencing what is called psychometry, which is the (natural) ability to perceive the residual information of an object, area, and/or person (especially, any strong emotions at the imprinting-time). When touristing the Colosseum in Rome, I experienced such a dark ‘aura’ that I had to retreat quickly. I presume that was due to all the ho rrific events within that ‘arena’, which I was psychometrically picking-up-on.
Guadalcanal was the first ‘reversal’ that Japanese ground troops had experienced in WWII. They were on a roll, so to speak, and honor was at stake. As a teen, I read in detail on the see-saw battles over Henderson Field. Ho rrific. The Japanese suffering is generally minimized in Western books, but they took massive losses. A psychometric paradise (or hell). Good reporting.
(As an addition or alternative, I could see the Japanese memorial as a ‘haunting’ focus. Perhaps some souls who died in combat are still trying to protect ‘their’ island. A ‘dark mood’ would result from their still-rejecting any non-Japanese presence. ‘Frozen in time’, as it were…)

This was already running in full force back in the eighties (Iran Contra, etc.). She only talks of these things in passing while describing the joint Mossad/Cabal assassination squads that she knew intimately, having been married to one of them.
