I would vote for the decrepit electrical infrastructure and corporate negligence. I recall a (2006) 6.6 quake on the ‘big island’ of Hawai’i that knocked out power on Maui, Moloka’i and O’ahu for days and weeks in some areas. Outdated, fragile and neglected maybe?
Earth’s weakening geo-magnetic field is allowing greater percentage of cosmic radiation to penetrate our atmosphere, but without some sort of disturbance (like later on 11-12th), a capacitance overage/surge does not seem the culprit. (unless not from ‘natural causes’)

Barring a solar storm or CME impacting the grid – there was no such on the day/night when fires erupted…. So, whatdunnit?
Hi-Oc-Spec- “ISIS” (Israeli Secret Intelligence Services) did in fact say some months back they were targeting Las Vegas AND San Francisco. Just sayin’….
