MALAYSIA AIR 370: DEATH THREATS AGAINST AUSTRALIAN RESEARCHER

As most regular readers of this website are aware, I'm fascinated by the story of Malaysia Air Flight 370, the flight that for all intents and purposes disappeared in March, 2014 under circumstances that can only - to this day - be described as bizarre. This article, shared by Mr. S.D., updates the story a bit, and in the process, only fuels more speculation about why this flight continues to be such a mystery:

'Something doesn't smell right': Fears Malaysia does not want to find MH370 as death threats and an assassination prevent debris from the missing jet being handed in

As the article notes, many speculations about how and why the flight disappeared have been advanced, and most regular readers here will be familiar with them. The first and most popular theory was that the plane was either hijacked, or that the pilot went nuts and plunged the plane into the Indian ocean. On the "hijacking" side of things, some advanced the idea that the aircraft was taken over remotely. From that simple premise, many theories were advanced: it was flown to the US-UK base at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean. One US general actually appeared on FOX news and advanced the idea that it was flown to Iran, where it was landed, and repainted for use in a terrorist operation. Variants of this theory had Vladimir Putin (of course) behind the whole thing and some connected flight 370 to the Ukrainian shoot-down of Malaysia air flight 17 not much later. Matters were not helped when it was discovered that there were a number of American technicians from a Texas-based computer technology firm on board the flight, and when it was discovered that the firm had alleged ties to the Rothschild interests. Further speculations were fueled by these revelations, including the idea that the USA took the flight down because it did not want secrets sold to China. Matters were not helped by the eyewitnesses, some of whom reported that the flight had turned and was flying back over the Malay peninsula to the southeast, i.e., in a direction far from the presumed crash site off western Australia. Others had it exploding over the south China sea, and China itself offered a satellite photo of what appeared to be "something" in the South China Sea which it assumed was the missing flight. It wasn't, and China later retracted the photo. At the time, I thought this whole satellite episode was suspicious, since it appeared that China may have been sending messages: anyone with surveillance satellites in the region may know what happened to it. And that, of course, reduces the suspects to "the usual players."  And of course, amid all this early confusion, I appeared on the late George Ann Hughes' The Byte Show and offered the most outlandish speculation of them all, that the flight had simply gone "poof", the victim, perhaps, of some very exotic technology. I warned at the time that I'd be very suspicious of any reports of a crash in the Indian ocean, which would make recovery of debris problematic. I also warned of the possibility of the deliberate "salting" of a debris field, in order to maintain control of the narrative.

Since that time, I've gone back and forth on my "poof" hypothesis, but I remain wedded to the possibility that an exotic technology might be involved. For example, last week I blogged about the most recent appearance of "sonic attacks" against US embassy and consulate personnel, this most recent incident being in China. In that blog, I pointed out that the book Secret and Suppressed, edited by the late Jim Keith and published by Feral House, contained a section on the use of such technologies to cause airline disasters by, in effect, enhanding metal fatigue by "vibrating" aircraft beyond their ability to damp, by means of microwave interferometry (which would have to be enormously powerful in terms of the required energy). Similar techniques can be used to manipulate the mind. It is, in short, a potentially very powerful, and very versatile, technology, and one which one would want to keep secret, or at least, from public view of connection to events such as this.

Which brings me to today's article.

A wreck hunter's claims that authorities are not collecting debris from MH370 have raised fears Malaysia does not want to find the missing plane.

Aviation expert Geoffrey Thomas described the situation as strange, and questioned why Malaysia is not interested in debris gathered by locals on Indian Ocean islands.

Mr Thomas said Seattle lawyer Blaine Gibson has been the victim of death threats and intimidation ever since travelling to Madagascar to look for the airliner.

...

"It doesn't smell right, I'm certainly, absolutely, not a conspiracy theorist, I don't buy into that stuff, but there is something not right here," he said.

"If Malaysia is really serious about finding this airplane then they should be paying, as Blaine suggests, a reward for debris handed in."

...

Among the debris collected by Mr Gibson were two pieces he planned to hand over to Malaysia's honorary consul in Madagascar, Zahid Raza, in 2017.

Just two days before he was due to collect the debris, Mr Raza was allegedly assassinated, breathing fresh life into MH370 conspiracy theories.

Mr Gibson has also been the subject of death threats, and has been targeted by online campaigns set up to threaten and ridicule him.

"For whatever reasons, some people are very upset that I and other private citizens are finding pieces of the plane," he said.

So there you have it: individuals who are helping to find alleged debris from the wreckage are subject to death threats, and there has been at least one death, of Mr. Zahid Raza, which I blogged about at the time, and who, yes, I believe was deliberately assassinated to keep some secret about the fate of the flight from becoming known. So the question is, why issue death threats against people who are merely collecting debris? More importantly, what kinds of warnings, if any, are conveyed in such threats? Are the threats genuine, or are they being used to direct attention to the importance of gathering, and then closely analyzing, the debris?

Either way one parses this, the threats indicate that something is very wrong with the current "narrative" of the flight. (And I put "narrative" in quotation marks because, unlike most official narratives, this one remains, at best, threadbare to the point that one is stretching the term "narrative" itself. It's like a novel - say, Atlas Shrugged - where there only a few scattered snippets of many lengthy chapters, totaling about 50 pages, taken from all parts of the novel.)

So why is debris so important that merely collecting it merits death threats?

The mere presence of threats around debris is important because debris will not tell, one way or the other, whether the pilot "went nuts" and deliberately crashed the flight, or whether it was hijacked - either in person or remotely - unless the debris reveals a modality by which the flight was otherwise brought down. It might reveal, perhaps, telltale signs of metal fatigue throughout the aircraft that would point to the use of an exotic "electro-sonic" technology. It might, similarly, reveal deliberate pre-flight sabotage of a more mundane sort. Recall only the stories of some hearing explosions. Either way, it would reveal who had access to either exotic or mundane means of its destruction, and therefore, who, ultimately, was behind the tragedy, and why. And I suspect it's the latter that they are trying to cover-up, and protect. And no, I do not suspect the Malaysian government is the major player here.

See you on the flip side...

The “researcher’ Blaine Gibson is American not Australian.

Gibson showed up in Madagascar and seemed to be well-funded in his search and investigations for several years. Right off the bat he finds an array of debris. However back in Sept 2016, Gibson already had trouble passing on his findings to Malaysia. The murdered Raza was found to be involved in arms dealing and smuggling

Gibson lost media attention over the past years – thus the claims to being threatened.

Gibson has lived a life described as unconventionally adventurous, including stints at U.S. Department of State, consulting in newly collapsed Russia for 10 years, dealings throughout Southeast Asia, and claims to speak six languages, including some Lao.

Well, if this does not scream CIA (or some agency) – then what does?

From research conducted, I would place Mr Gibson and his debris findings in the diversion drawer.

More feasible theories are laid out by our fellow members above.

I see no evil and I hear no evil on this subject after Jim Stone (82.221.129.208) informed his readers (at the time) that the Boeing engines , out on a limb and independent of the aircraft’s circuitry, have their own transponders. plus no crustaceans on the bit of a wing found… I’d believe that now though with dead tide pools and a dying fukushima’d pacific and decimated BC coastline (dana durnford).

Pierre, I read those same JS mini-articles. Good stuff. Boeing knew exactly where MH370 was, right until the plane landed and the engines were shut off. I wonder how many Boeing ‘in the know’ types have had trouble sleeping at night since that ‘op’. And the baddies read JS, too, so the special, patented MH370 Debris 2.0 was probably ‘marinated’ in some out-of-the-way cove for a year before being salted on a beach…

Two days after the plane went missing I had a dream about it. It was really strange. Here it is: It seemed like I was watching the news on tv and there was a dark haired guy giving an interview to a Chinese reporter, explaining what happened on that flight. The thing is, I couldn’t hear a word he was saying because there was no sound but he looked like he was shocked and agitated. Somehow I could understand what he was saying and he told the reporters that no one died during that flight but everyone was scared to death and the debris were not from that plane.

. . . Strange how some of this, this something of strangeness, has certain markers of an earlier incident in 1948. . . The “Mantell Case,” or Mantell Case – 1948, as Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) members mention it. . .

. . . Reports of it get circulated regarding pilot, plane, and ground control interaction yet there is no definitive narrative aside from a batch of mostly “silly season news” suggested. . . It goes to show many people, though, that having a “deadman-trigger(s)” in place is really not so much of a stretch when one considers how treachery and betrayal of law abiding citizenry seems to manifest in a presumed civilization leaving an open-ended investigation subject to (you might have guessed) conspiracy theorization(s). . . Talk of receiving death threats can take on a life of its own whether they are deliberately baited speeches of provocation or authentic steps at intimidation courtroom prosecutors would be interested. . .

. . . Over a half century since Mantell’s plane went down and still open-ended questions of why and how despite radio traffic between ground and pilot (now difficult to get) and RADAR tracking. . . Given the area in which his plane went down as well as how, and its close approximation in time and place to a famous city, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, site of a secretive city of war and of the Manhattan Project, one can surmise that there remain some ingredients for a continuing investigation if not conspiracy. . . One very early on report of the plane’s metal assessment, tiny holes on small metal sheets which were reduced to small parts, not the characteristic very large sheets one expects to find along with small bits. . . The inordinate small sections with many small holes raised some questions early on. . .

. . . It’s best not to feed potential trolls and contracted eraser groups. . . Internet privacy does not exist, nor should one expect that this topic is NOT monitored by word, anacronym, and number searching software. . .

. . . One story so far, albeit, a slimmed down version, from MUFON

    http://www.mufon.com/mantell-case—1948.html

    http://www.nicap.org/mantellcomp.htm#Part2-14

. . . As for the Australian skies, mindset of several folks directly involved, and the wider Indian Ocean surface and subsurface remains an ongoing accumulation of stuff and stories for now. . .

By turning off the planes transponder does not make the plane invisible, the blip on the radar will still show the plane, but the radar operator will not know what kind of plane it is, and also what type of aircraft it is and its operator.

I don’t know about y’all, but this event ruined air travel for me for life.

Unless you are a priority target – or are sitting next to a priority target – there is nothing to fear. Statistically, air travel is safer than getting out of a bathtub…

JPF: “Matters were not helped by the eyewitnesses, some of whom reported that the flight had turned and was flying back over the Malay peninsula to the southeast, i.e., in a direction far from the presumed crash site off western Australia.”

Actually, the above is a conflating of two types of data over two separate areas:

First, the Malaysian military recorded a ‘skin paint’ radar track of MH370 doing the 180 deg turn from NE to SW and tracked the aircraft until it went beyond their radar range. This was especially suspicious because the turn occurred immediately after MH370 turned-off its transponder and disappeared from civilian radar (non skin-paint radar). The Malaysian military released the track immediately, were ‘leaned on’ to deny they had the ‘skin paint’ radar track, and then re-confirmed that they had the track a day or so later. These were not “stories,” this was/is hard-core data from an impeccable source.

Second, the multiple eyewitnesses who reported hearing and/or seeing a 777 in a Malaysian Airlines paint scheme cruising at low altitude were on/near the Maldives, a double chain of twenty-six atolls *coincidentally* 400-odd miles north of Diego Garcia. (That is less than one-hour flight time.) Those competent eyewitnesses were then thoroughly “discredited” by the MSM and disappeared down a media blackout hole.

Once you have “unconflated” the sources, it is a good guess where the plane ended-up, at least for refueling…

But most importantly, the Aussie military had/has an over-the-horizon radar that must have tracked the 777. OTH radars do not have the ‘discrimination’ that ping-style radars enjoy, but they are VERY good at showing a general vicinity. That radar should have known where the 777 flew. (A Boeing 777 is a BIG radar target; OTH radars can pick-up much-smaller fighters.) So, why were the OTH radar records for that day not immediately made public?

(In addition, there were several other ‘conventional’ radars in the area, ranging from possibly one on the Maldives southernmost airport to the Diego Garcia long-range base-radar itself. So, where were their radar records for that day?)

Therefore, the Malaysian government funding a ship to search for the missing plane is ludicrous; everyone in the alphabet agencies knows exactly where it went. The question is: Why do the washed-up [salted] debris at all? Why not let the matter gently fade into the night?

P.S. All the different ‘theories’ are for obfuscation purposes: It is a tried-and-true technique that intelligence agencies use to muddy the waters. The more ‘giggle factor’ in the theory the better; it makes the real sleuthers look like idiots…

This smells mightily of post-op disinfo-op to further muddy the waters.

It bears repeating, if even for the gazillionth time, that you simply can’t lose a wide-body commercial airliner today. I still maintain that those who led the search (five eyes) were those who stole it, who have the surveillance tech to have tracked it with pinpoint accuracy, and who are controlling the media narrative through the good ole Mighty Wurlitzer.

It’s the fox guarding the hen house and telling us all, with feathers stuck in his teeth, that he found some suspicious egg shells by that trash can near the kitchen.

Salted cabin flotsam, shades of aluminum shards on the — untouched — Pentagon lawn, where Rumsfeld is photographed literally picking it up himself. Australian researcher finds the stuff but no one wants it. Malaysian guy gets killed, but surely other Malaysian officials are still alive who can serve in his stead? — or Australian officials, since they led the “search?”

One might beg the question was flight 370 possibly the initial test of the same technology used in those California “wild fires” which only burned houses and none of the surrounding “forest”. Not so subtle messages being sent by “some” to “others”; and is this technology space based or airborne. It goes without saying that our “government” is fully capable of doing something of this nature along with others.

    • goshawks on June 5, 2018 at 4:48 am

I doubt any connection of esoteric technology with MH370’s vanishing, but thanks for the reminder on the ‘oddball’ CA wildfires. Aluminum wheel rims and engine parts melting to runnels on the pavement in open air, while rose bushes and trees near the car/truck remaining unburned. Seriously weird…

(Fire season coming up for CA. Repeats?)
