Must-see photos: Go to the cited article and go down around a third to the before-and-after photos of a subdivision (could be Chico, could be Paradise – probably Paradise). It is cropped way too close (especially on the ‘up’ side), but the surrounding trees that are shown look essentially untouched while most of the subdivision is burnt.
Extremely relevant: “Chico is where countless meters have exploded on houses due to downed line surges. This isn’t a secret. So I find it strange that Chico’s problems could now be Paradise’s problem. This connection affirms my belief that smart meters are what incinerated these houses and buildings in part with the actual ground fire itself.” I would only amend this observation to leave out the ‘smart’ hysteria. Unless there is something very flammable in the smart meter’s materials, a line surge would be dangerous to any house that did not have a Whole-House Surge Protector. Since many of the houses in Paradise seemed to be older and/or lower-income houses, that would leave them open to any electrical arcing – at the meter or inside the house – and resultant fire. (This would fit the before-and-after photos of that subdivision, perfectly.)
Also confirming this: “She says by 11am she was evacuating Paradise, and as she was, she noticed all of the power poles going down their main street Skyway, were on fire. It wasn’t the entire pole but it was the boxes where internet, cable and phone was located.” This would be a line-surge effect, again.
The cited article includes a newspaper article by Matthias Gafni which states “…firefighter radio transmissions reviewed by Bay Area News Group and an alert sent to state regulators indicate a transmission line created a hazard about 15 minutes before the blaze was first reported. Firefighters found downed power lines and a fast-moving fire beneath the high-tension wires when they arrived to the fire’s origin about a mile northeast of Pulga by the dam.” So, I believe that the DEW angle is a psy-op to cover-up what may have initiated the fire…
The psy-op could be to cover-up PG&E neglect of transmission lines and resultant lawsuits. Or, the psy-op could be to cover-up that some “unnamed entity” knowingly damaged the transmission lines. America is pretty vulnerable to hit&run-style tactics. Remember the electrical transformer station being ‘professionally’ shot-up a few years back? Officialdom may have decided to quash or deflect any possibility of this being a hit job to keep the public in sheeple mode…
Who knows which actual number this was, in a line of beta tests, they’re using to perfect their “product”. No doubt, it’s working as designed; w/many multi-purposes. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see these “products” are not in the “citizen’s” best interest. In fact, it’s a clear & present danger to the citizens of the United States, or any other country.

they’re improving their systems as they go along. first i’ve been able to remember of clear evidence was the killing road out of kuwait city in iraq war ’91 when bush let hussein withdraw and then burnt 70,000+ officers and troops in their vehicles in a few short hours – in a massacre that would have taken days and been much less comprehensive with conventional bombing.
those eliminated military leaders probalby allowed hussein to return to power after losing so badly in kuwait. see if you can find images still on the net of that killing field. it’s the same as cali and greece.

I would say this individual has done the appropriate research and come to some reasonable conclusions. I am not opposed to the idea that it indeed may have been a sacrificial ritual either. After all they broadcast such rituals every year at the Superbowl. The mention of them warning everyone is also relevant, as it seems to be required in the “rules” they go by, taking our lack of action as permission to act.
