Some questions that this News and Views prompted me to ponder:
– Aside from royalties on seed patent use, I suspect that the larger, longer term aim is CONTROL. Is GMO dominance a necessary step in the technocratic control mechanism being shuffled into place?
– Which players / global corporations are in opposition to Bayer? Are those in opposition fighting for a seat at the table of the controllers or are they actually against technocratic control?
– In what ways are biotech/chemical corps such as Bayer-Monsanto connected to the energy business? (I am considering the link of Joe Biden’s son to a Ukrainian gas company and the speculated aim to get GMO into the Ukraine as a parallel to western interest in Venezuela’s oil reserves.) Are these energy and biotech corps allies or are they merely convenient co-conspirators ?
