RUSSIA: NATO AND INDIVIDUALS UNDER INVESTIGATION, AND THE RUMOR OF DER ...
You may have noticed I've been following the messaging coming out of Russia for some time, and today's article submitted by so many of you is no exception. Except, today, I'm going to dive off the end of the twig of speculation and tie something else into it as a speculation.
Firstly, Russia is now being crystal clear as to whom its regards as being under suspicion for involvement in the Crocus terrorist attacks in Moscow:

There are a number of things to note about this article, not the least is the specific and explicit mention of who is under investigation in Russia for involvement in the Crocus terrorist attack:
Investigators are currently looking at the potential involvement of “specific individuals from among government officials, people with civic and commercial organizations of Western countries,” said committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko.
It has already been established that funding for terrorist attacks inside Russia has been funneled through Ukrainian companies, including the notorious Burisma Holdings – former employers of US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter – Petrenko added.
The Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia has also said it would follow the evidence leading to “persons and structures located in the US, Germany, France and Cyprus.”
In addition to last month’s Crocus City Hall attack, the investigation is looking at other terrorist acts, including the assassinations of prominent public figures and the bombing of the Nord Stream gas pipelines in international waters.
What is of interest to me today is not the explicit mention of Burisma nor its connections to the Bai Den Dzhao mafiosi in the USSA.
Rather, I am more concerned about that cryptic statement that the subjects of investigations are "persons and structures located in the US, Germany, France, and Cyprus."
Persons and structures covers a lot of ground. For example: in addition to NATO (a structure), one could have various governments and their agencies (The USA, Germany, France, Cyprus!?!? and presumably all their financial and intelligence agencies), but also "structures" like corporations and private security and intelligence services, or even "structures' like the World Health Organization (are they involved in the Ukrainian biolabs?), and the World Economic Forum.
In other words, Russia is painting with a very broad brush. That contains some implications that we'll come back to.
But there's another message contained in this article, and that message is in the form of the picture which heads it:
If one scrutinizes this picture closely, there is an image displayed on the shield that any Russian Orthodox (or for that matter, Greek or Serbian or Arab or Romanian or Bulgarian Orthodox, and many many Roman Catholics) will recognize, and that is the horse-riding figure of St. George wielding a spear and slaying the dragon, or serpent. This on a shield which is boldly emblazoned on the old Romanov double-headed imperial eagle. The choice of such a backdrop to accompany the text of the article is nothing less than deliberate, and a very clear warning that, as Mr. Medvedev recently put it, the old immunities will not protect the perpetrators nor their financiers and organizers. The dragon - which in this case I suspect is meant to represent Mr Globalooney and all his miserific institutions and agendas - will be slain.
The key to my interpretation here is terrorism, and its deliberate mention by these figures in the Russian government, not only prior to the Crocus attacks, but with increasing frequency since then. The use of that term in connection with Russian warnings - like the iconic picture - is also deliberate, and here's why: recall that in the wake of the 9/11 attacks the USA and its allies (but principally the USA), claimed the right to try, convict, surveille and even to execute foreign leaders if they were involved in acts of terrorism. Simply recall the alleged capture and execution of Osama Bin Laden, or the many drone attacks on various individuals accused of terrorism, or (equally important and probably more so for our purposes of analysis here) involved in planning or supporting terrorist acts. To put a finer and simpler point on it, Russia is claiming the same right and precedent the USA claims and utilized in its "war on terror," and Russia is saying that the West, by being involved in the planning, financing, support, and execution of such acts, is itself subject to its own "rules based order" and that Russia will therefore respond similarly respond, whether that response comes in the form of drones, Spetznaz teams or other elite military teams sent in to kidnap or literally execute a suspect, and so on.
In short, Russia is announcing that it intends to play by America's rules.
With that high octane speculative interpretation of the article in mind, consider, briefly, the following story submitted by K.M., which some say is a rumor. But let's assume just for the sake of argument for a moment that it's true:

If one assumes this is true, then I for one hope der Hochklaus Freiherr von Blohschwab und Bloviation does, indeed, have a change of heart from the path he has been on, and changes course. But let's be realistic too: such massive and sincere repentances, while they do occur, are for that very reason rare. I can hope, because every individual that "changes sides" is important, but in the case of someone like this, would be a serious blow to the other side. I retain the hope, therefore, but I also retain reality, and therefore, skepticism.
But hope or skepticism aside, in the context of all that is going on in the world, and especially in the context of the statements in this article and the timing of both the article and the tweet on "X", I have to wonder if such events, when reported, might represent something else perhaps, and that "sudden hospitalizations" and the "subsequent denials" might have hidden aspects, and if, in fact, we might be looking at a very public example of "horizontal escalation" with correspondent attempts at narrative control. Time will tell, of course.

Joseph I appreciate the introspection in this article and I tend to agree that Russia will follow the trail to wherever and whomever the perpetrators are. Sadly I think that trail lead directly back to The Whitehouse and quite frankly it will take a Russian hypersonic missile leveling The White House to get our attention…if I were Putin I might just do exactly that. The gloves are coming off!
In one’s view, and as you mentioned, “Persons and structures covers a lot of ground.” Is quite right. The Siloviki & Oligarchs of the Russ, The Party of the east by going west claiming Beijing, the Party of Mount Paektu residing in Pyongyang, and the theocracy with a militarized attachment out of Tehran, all have blatant assassination in common. They’re not likely going to stop anytime soon because of a hint of western human rights objections. So much could be said about iconography and symbolism but their a history of their own that is inclusive of persons, places, things, and experience.
Their imagery of their past is full of cultural and political cues they interpret accordingly and use during the slightest of propagandization attempts. Sometimes correctly, as assumed by some and adversely also assumed by some. The same also makes for great story telling from an enlightened fewer. With repetition is believed or taken further. Messy political followings of a few often creates a lot of anthropomorphic trash that a larger number of their populations get fed up with and eventually do something about as they gather greater numbers when cataclysms and catastrophes do not interfere or force change. That’s not to say that they cannot be the triggers for change.
This business of people and locations inclusion is expected when infiltration has been successful. Whether of special characteristics of the Party of the east by going west or of the [they’re coming, they’re coming variety] supported by the Russ out of Muscovy, 不 / Nyet , they’re already here and have infiltrated key communication schemes for their benefit and manipulation.
Propagandization works, too. It seems obvious to many but taken for granted since freedom of expression is easily exploited. But these same types seem to be getting messy and sloppy as they lack the mental wiring most indigenous folk have despite human trafficking attempts to disperse numbers and group suppression tactics to start earlier in a life span.
Globalunacy is a bandwagon of fiction to conjure a fleeting cause to further fleece a populace into supporting a Potemkin reigning façade. These same few will take your hard-earned monetary wealth, what little there is, to stuff their own accounts, palaces, and mega yachts while making fodder out of the remaining populace to reduce consumption demand. Eastern Europe is an active measure and example now.
Consider who and what are the controllers and methods of control. A few with hegemonic aspirations believing they can (pillage, plunder, rape, and kill) because they claim the right to do so. Pitiful!
It often gets down to who started it, who survived the last pillaging, plundering, raping, and killing to counter the siege and whether they can support another cycle of population growth before another culling even though it may not be called that out right. Pitiful!
Your character “der Hochklaus Freiherr von Blohschwab und Bloviation” and the palindrome ‘soroS,’ and others of their ilk may indeed deserve an accumulative wrath from many that have come to detest what they represent through their instigations with their billions. But they’re not the only ones seemingly intoxicated on money and power – their brown-nosed sycophants mopping up and carrying out their dirty deeds also may have an exacting repentance to consider. Far too many seem lacking any level of remorse begging the question, “Who and what are compromised and by how much and by whom?” And who really cares. More importantly, who can do something about it and them. Telling these characters what will be done and what will not be done is worse than crawling into bed with them for a monetary share. Idolatry never seemed to stay put as it morphed into muck.
Makes one wonder who might be the incarnates of the “Morell (the syringe master), Goebbels (Spin doctor), Bormann (Gate keeper), von Stauffenberg (resistance), and others from the past century that seem to haunt this century.

So I relate time within creation to a snake’s skin, cycles contained within cycles moving through time with the motive force of said snake. The pattern of the cycles bound into the pattern of the serpent’s skin. Galaxies, Suns, Planets, Civilizations, Lives, and Histories forming into the structures laid into the Snake’s skin.
Imagine looking through the eyes of the Quetzal bird, or eagle, atop that serpent, which I relate to the vision of the future pulling the eternal history of said cosmic serpent along into the future. If you stood outside of time, you would perceive the entirety at once. If perhaps you have an eternal being, then you might consider that you’re already operating from that being’s position. Your placement into this world, across the arrow of time, would be a form of art.
Imagine looking through the eyes of civilizations born, living, and dying (“The Decline of the West,” Oswald Spengler). And coming to realize the futility of the testing ground the feathered/winged serpent offers. Then, slaying the dragon might take on a new meaning, or it could be a ruse for confining your thoughts to the present and ever ongoing orthodoxy of mind.
Man’s consciousness is held captive, by the brain, seen as a dragon, and experiencing consciousness outside the body, is challenging the brain’s control, which, in turn, unleashes the brain’s survival instinct, when the brain tries, to regain control of the consciousness.
A winged snake, as OBE, therefore means thought given wings, as, specifically, exploring awareness outside the body, in a field, that traditionally is called “Buddha field”, typically accompanied by “Buddha laughter”, which is a general response, when first encountering OBE.
OBE abbreviates out-of-body experience, which is breaking the 7th seal. Shaman stuff is universal. Winged snake equals breaking 7th seal, which equals slaying the dragon, becoming Pendragon, which is OBE.
SEVENTH SEAL

St. George, slaying the dragon, is breaking the 7th seal, which is placing a serpent on a stick:

Pulling a sword, from a stone, is becoming a natural born Pendragon, which means becoming the head of dragon.
Those, who wield that sword, walk effortlessly, across the barrier, that encloses the Garden of Eden, which means end of narrative.
The double-headed eagle is a Taoistic Yin-Yang, which is a Yahweh-Elohim, balancing the scales.
