I just watched this interesting New Year address by Russian President Vladimir Putin, and thought I'd pass it along.

and hal838, please watch such admonishments. being a fan of any world leader/puppet/cartoon character is probably what the break aways (aka rottenchild/vanderrebuilt/morganated/rockfailure families) want for you just before they introduce a new hero for all of us to take shots at the rest of us.

didn’t something like 95% of ussa males line up to enlist voluntarily 12/8/1941? how stupid do you think the greatest generation felt? every greatest generation survivor i’ve ever met said they all felt before during and after that fdr knew ahead of time. and all the generals and admirals have attested to that.

isn’t this the same guy that owned apartment buildings that were blown up by the kgb/fsb while the buildings were occupied? and while this guy was fairly high up in the kgb/fsb? and since when is anyone former or ex kgb or former or ex cia or former or ex fsb?

what’s curiouser and curiouser is how much vastly more credibility this guy has in the ussa than anyone else (besides dave chappelle and chris rock of course) the ussa pravda networks gives us.

ok at least putie has that level of credibility until perhaps episode three airs of herr gropenfuhrer taking over the apprentice.

in the meantime, does anyone have a clue whether or not, how much and which world leaders got this kind of press and exposure in the ussa before wwII and before wwI? is this some kinda prop or not build up of a character before they knock him down in hearts and turn him into the worst monster on the planet so we call buy every old george m cohen album again?

Hmm.. He’s still an ex Kgb. Who may be lying about his mother.. http://www.zeit.de/feature/vladimir-putin-mother

Hmm.. Bush was Ex-CIA and I’m pretty sure he was involved in importing massive quantities of coke into the US.

It would appear that lying about where you come from is in vogue at the moment for our World Leaders..
    http://www.wnd.com/2017/01/tv-reporter-gets-schooled-on-fraudulent-obama-birth-certificate/

(I can almost hear them…. “Nothing will stand between me and absolute powah!”)

When I listened to Mr Putin’s speech, I could almost see him standing on the bridge of the newest starship sending the universal message of peace and love out to mankind across the Cosmos.. The kind of message you send, when you’re the good guy. When the coming times will become better, due to our force, our union, our togetherness…. (just missing a social scapegoat and it almosts sounds fascist)
It just sounds (to me) too good to be true. I’m finding it hard to believe that any world leader anywhere wants anything other than filling his own pockets, greased with the oil of their country and the blood of their countrymen.. (and Im not even talking about Russia..)

I am very glad that someone on the world stage is saying such things at this time. To me it was all about addressing the foundations of culture and civilization. About applying the Golden Rule inwardly and outwardly. This truly needed to be said. Those things are the very center of a life lived in integrity and that is what we all must hold to as we move forward.
I think Russia has already gone through what we in the US are about to step into. They threw all that stuff about traditions and the Golden Rule away and learned very painfully that it’s what is truly important.
I only hope that we in the western world can come to that realization with less pain and suffering than what they went through.

No, we’ve had poop on our feet for quite a while. It’s just getting deeper. I’m hoping that the new DC outsider will find and use the right solvent. “Draining the swamp” is just the first step.

Unfortunately the monument of Western Europeans is destruction and death, chaos, misery HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Now that’s a language the “West” doesn’t know how to speak.

    • HAL838 on January 3, 2017 at 8:58 am

No, they don’t know much English, either.

Can you imagine these words coming out of the mouths of Obama or his man/wife Michelle? Or perhaps any politician?

I have to say, Putin’s message comes straight from his Eastern Orthodox Christianity……how odd for the west and especially western Christianity to look at Russia reflecting back something that we are missing.

    • Margaret on January 2, 2017 at 4:57 pm

Thank you Milton, my sentiments as well. I was going to say that it would have been more than refreshing to have heard such humble sentiments from the White House . . . although I would have doubted their sincerity, unlike Mr Putin’s which are from his heart and love of his country.

      • DaphneO on January 6, 2017 at 4:50 pm

Agreed Margaret. When did the west last have a leader who could speak from the heart as Putin does?

    • iZeta on January 2, 2017 at 8:32 pm

I agree. I’ve been looking for an English speaking Orthodox Church near me and it’s impossible. Wish we had what the Russians have.

      • HAL838 on January 3, 2017 at 8:59 am

        🙂 Me too.

    • HAL838 on January 3, 2017 at 9:01 am

If we are “missing” it, how can be reflecting back?
