I sent this as a email to Joseph and he asked me to repost it here, so I will paste the email here. It contains information on the source of the article read on the most recent News and Views, plus some links
Hi, Joseph. On your recent podcast News and Views on youtube, you mentioned you had questions about the source of the article about Xi’s plans for conquest using biological weapons. Immediately upon digging into this, some red flags went up for me.
I tracked its origin to Epoch Times, written by one J.R. Nyquist. A google search on Nyquist yields the fact that he writes for WND, “World Net Daily,” a magazine owned by Joseph Farah, an important member of the highly secretive Council For National Policy (CNP) a kind of Council of Foreign Relations of the American Right. Their members seem to have a lot of ties to Russian oligarchs of a right wing faction in Russia against Communism. Josh Reeves, an other researcher I follow on Internet, treats Russia not as a monolithic entity but as a entity ruled by two factions, one left wing and tied to the old Communist era and the other a Right Wing faction including Gavril yushvev. He says this right wing side backs Russia Today and Trump and tends to support right wing causes while the left side backs people like Vladislov Doronin, who built Naomi Campbell’s mansions, and who has ties to the Clintons and Epstein, et al. That, our culture war itself may in fact be an extension of this internal, Russian civil war between two opposing mafia oligarchical camps.
Anyway, back to JR Nyquist, this Google search yields tons of anticommunist articles and then I discovered that he has a Youtube channel in which he interviews Victor and Marina Kalashnikov, who, apparently, made the news in Germany for being poisoned and were highly critical of the Kremlin’s communist side.
Given that Josh, on his recent podcast, suspects RUSSIA, rather than China, as being the originator of the more deadly strain of coronavirus in Italy, and given that J.R, Nyquist is talking with right wing Russians, this article smells like a diversion to me, to get american patriots and researchers to look in the wrong direction. That is my high octane speculation for the day. See you on the flip side.

I was just going to post that Covid 19 is an international world government operation.
Lots of interesting subjects in this video including rule by algorithms; as humans can’t be trusted!
What you read of the article smells of the old yellow peril tripe. All the Chinese have to do is wait out the European population implosion or do a real space program instead of the west dog and pony show the example is NASA’s Orion aka Apollo redux program.
During Vietnam they based many policy reaction to the “body count”. What happened was the body count was manipulated to serve their policies; not, the other way around[the tail wagged the dog]
So, the script is set/ all else falls into goosestep behind the controlled media[s] international narrative.
You know the old saying/Follow the money.
At least, while it exist in its current state.
Like water & ice are H2O. Transformative states; or, phase changes, as we’re shifting into form from analogue/culture to digital technology/science.
So our understanding of water gives us no clue of how to deal w/ice.
Granted, we’ve slowly grown accustomed to the digital inter-face; but critical mass needs to be achieved by force.
Look around you: education in schools forced to going on line; unemployment forced to going online; hate to even list them, as some are still in the scripted pipeline.
So look at another angle.
Jobs in relation to money. The jobs are shifting from analogue/human to digital/robot.
The human is moving into the digital realm to make money; like that 2nd city millionaire. In china many go into the digital Gameworld to collect game currencies and sell them for “real” money.
So very long story short: the shift is the jobs on the “real” world are digital/robots and the humans are going digital to earn money. Completely upside-down.
Flashforward to Facebook’s recent announcement about forming a virtual currency consortium/a harbinger of a world where credit and debt cards may become obsolete and currencies are ruled by commercial enterprises?
The East India Company cutting the analogue strings from the Queen; as they have phase changed into digital. Click… , by-bye Queen!
But for now, they need the Queen/Government[s] to safely interface w/the masses. The new-culture isn’t in place. Yet.

I would step-back from viewing this as a regional thing and view it as a global thing: Problem -> Reaction -> Solution at its finest. The PTB had to know that the efforts to control any plague-like virus would crash the global economy. That is a given, especially how high-strung and interwoven the financial side is, these days. So, the release of a ‘mild’ plague-like virus (just enough for panic, not enough to be species-wide deadly) was meant to crash the world economy. (Problem.)
Now, one can see the ball getting rolling: Everything being cancelled. Burgeoning unemployment. Financial chaos, including Wall Street. Various degrees of solitary confinement. Fear, fear, fear being stirred by the MSM. Thus, expect rising cries for succor from a world-wide, fearful populace. (Reaction.)
So, what (world-wide) is worth the huge, short-to-medium term financial losses which the PTB incurred by releasing this ‘mild’ plague-like virus? It has to be Big, at least within the mindset/objectives of the PTB. And remember, at that level of the PTB, monetary and human losses are not important.
Two broad areas leap out. (Solution.) First, global warfare could be encouraged, as increasingly-desperate populations can be turned against each other. This is meant to regress humanity. Second, there is the offer to “make the trains run on time” through increasing totalitarianism. This will be ‘flavored’ in the nicest possible way, of course.
Although different, one thing these two ‘paths’ have in common is a Nobles & Serfs view of our (future) world…

Chatter I ran across has it that this reset will included a downed internet for a few days – probably April – maybe just twitter and bookface. And then back up minus a few problematic websites. Hm censor much? Meanwhile similar chatter is that the antifa based censorship in alphabet companies was removed two days ago.

To one of my twt correspondents talking about being home and online, I remarked “and if there is a service down, even for a few hours or maybe a day?” And I sensed the proverbial lightbulb coming on over his head.
First and foremost, it is dangerous for those within that dragons grasp to easily expose an internal schism like feud playing out by current Party members and leaders and past Party members and leaders loyal not to the current regime per sea, but to a previously growing and prosperous past. (to each their own loyalties and loyalists) Neither are keen on exposure as it would undermine their own infiltration tactics and current strategies. Enter more than one dragon contesting territory and a conflict of several interests might seem apparent.
There are subsurface concerns about ancient civil wars returning to the provinces. The cultural wars were costly, and time consuming and later efforts made not to repeat the carnage. Was the rebuilding of the mainland seen as a means to build an image, or too “conciliatory” towards Russia and the US until recently, as some have suggested? Many alive still remember the help received by the US fighting off imperialism.
Propaganda tactics give away blatant strides at lying today with extreme retribution quietly taken against any who would expose. Those not in power maintain an advantage by not yielding to exposure. They masterfully play the [read-between-the-lines] rhetoric aided by skilled programmers and programmed supercomputers to bend narratives, especially, tell stories. They know their histories well, too, but are telling the correct and best suited story to follow forward for the People.
Instead of using physical weight against the opponent it is the strength of persuasive language that is used to sway and curve an impending force, for now, avoiding actual kinetic and damaging conflict that exposes and undermines resources that can be taken over and used differently. Something like one would encounter with martial arts tactics in close combat without weapons. Judo, Karate, Tae Kwon Do might sound familiar even appear similar. What does each spare and the victor retain at the cost of the other? A PROMIS might have been made, but can it be kept in this case or in a courtroom with a lingual tweak and words that change the story from characters to print / print to characters? The Party has no restricted weapons of choice yet seeks the least damaging among them. Reasonable, while in their favor both ways. Who’s appeasing who these days?
Embracing the mechanization of combat forces to conquer is overtly blatant and revealing as it is costly. One need only note some of the appearances of “Unrestricted Warfare,” playing out on the mainland and surrounding provinces and territories. Not just overseas. That “life-and-death struggle” mentioned, is with that communist like manifesto mistakenly adopted to achieve and maintain social stability. In one’s humble opinion, that failed trial and error should be expunged, and a new path taken without it while keeping what’s been built and useful. There are better ways to manage large numbers and engage in restoration / renewal processes.
Folks I’m aware of the jumps and skips, and I DO NOT KNOW what happened, if it was buffering problems on my end as I was recording, or what. YouTube is using the corona virus plandemic to maintain that many videos, even ones not offending their use guides, might be censored, so I DO NOT KNOW what is going on.
The only thing one knows, is “they” are in control.
Or, at least in regards to overwhelming media tools.

The only thing that comes to mind during this whole plandemic; is that these experimental ops, and playing w/peoples lives – has gotten way out of hand, and unfortunately; many innocent people are now, and will continue to pay dearly for it.

So school districts across the nation are installing 5G over the virus break with all contractors signing nondisclosure agreements. So about the time that the panicdemic calms down and numbers drop, kids go back to school and kids get real sick suddenly and then the panicdemic starts again.
Oh yeh and now we have even more reason to close schools, have all kids school at home with common core computers and internet connections, digital currency and all purchases much be channelled through Amazon and delivered in disinfected boxes to our doors.
