TOO MANY HUMANS? FORGET THAT. THERE’S TOO MANY ANIMALS

The Malthusian madness that's been gripping the "elite" of the west ever since the Most Serene Republic of Venice first proposed the idea of "maximum carrying capacity" of human population (long before Malthus popularized the notion) has taken a step toward the truly insane, according to this PDF document that was shared by "D.J." (no, not Dark Journalist):

AVMA Guidelines for the Depopulation of Animals: 2019 Edition

Now, I readily admit that I'm still wading through this monstrosity, but I thought I'd share just a few quotations illustrative of how insane, diabolical, and anti-life the so-called experts of the West truly are.

Take a gander of the table of contents alone, and you get the idea: under various headings of types of animals, from "Companion" animals to "Laboratory animals" to "Aquaculture" and along the way dragging in "bovine", "swine" and "equids" in its train, these sections all contain a subsection titled "Events Necessitating Depopulation."

Under the heading of Companion Animals, which incidentally, heads the list of animal populations to be "depopulated", we read the following about the "Events Necessitating Depopulation" on page 19:

Emergency events that may necessitate the consideration of depopulation of companion animals may include the widespread loss of essential survival resources during natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods; non-natural disasters such as incidents involving terrorism, bioterrorism, conventional or nuclear attack or accidents, or toxic chemical spills; contamination of food and water supplies; zoonotic or pandemic disease that threatens public health and the food supply; and contagious veterinary disease in a single locality or species. Public perceptions, political and legal interventions, logistic difficulties, and compliance issues are likely to complicate depopulation efforts directed at companion animals, as was seen with the euthanasia of an Ebola virus victim’s pet dog in Spain in 2014.

Think of all of this as a kind of "template for action": claim that there is a planscamdemic deadly to humans and transmitted through your pet cat, dog, turtle, bird, or whatever, and voila, one might be able to rid whole areas of the pesky fur-, feather-, or shell-bearing useless eaters. The reason that companion animals may be heading this bizarre list might have something to do with what is said under the "Bovine" offering of the document, again under the sub-header of events requiring depopulation (from pages 29-31):

Fortunately, animal health incidents that require the use of depopulation methods to eradicate or prevent disease, protect public health, or maintain a secure food supply are rare. Every animal health situation involving depopulation as part of the response is
unique and should be evaluated individually to determine optimal response methods.

Whew! What a relief!  I thought for a minute there we were out of the woods, with only companion animals being the number one concern. But no, there's always "agro-terrorism":

Agroterrorism may be defined “as the deliberate introduction of an animal or plant disease with the goal of generating fear, causing economic losses, and/or undermining social stability.”13 Lists of potential agroterrism pathogens by species14,15 may be found on the Center for Food Security and Public  Health website along with an overview of potential bioterrorism diseases’ effects on humans and animals.16

Now so far, I'll bet the reader is thinking, "Well, yea, but there is nothing here that really could nor should be taken as diabolical. Granted, the 'elite' often uses or sponsors such emergency planning studies in ways they did not inform their hired experts about when they commissioned the study." For the hired experts, such studies are just that, contingency planning in case of an emergency, not a template for widespread action.  And that argument is indeed true and often the case.

But I suspect that may not be the case here, when one considers what is said about "animal depopulation" under the "aquatic" section (page 66); note the language and terminology:

There are a number of potential situations that could result in a decision to depopulate a captive population of aquatic animals. Depopulation of captive aquatic animals may be necessary for disease control, for alleviating animal suffering, for biosafety and human safety issues, or any combination of these. Additionally, depopulation may be necessary for food safety issues or elimination of undesirable species. The method of depopulation should also take into consideration the containment of infectious materials, the zoonotic risk of the pathogen involved, and carcass disposal options. On the basis of these considerations, the type of depopulation chosen may be a preferred method, a method allowable in constrained circumstances, or a method that is not recommended. Examples of particular situations follow to demonstrate general scenarios, but are not intended to represent a comprehensive list of all potential rationales for depopulation.  (Emphasis added)

What I found intriguing with this passage (particularly in the context of Wednesday's blog about undersea mining), is the language about "elimination of undesirable species," which species are, of course, unspecified. Under such a broad umbrella, and notwithstanding all the subsequent speculations and caveats in the article, this is alarming. What, exactly, constitutes undesireable?

There is a hidden and implicit premise here and it is the same implicit and hidden premise that haunts - yes my choice of words is deliberate - all such Malthusian arguments, and which the few attempts to exorcise have proven to be unsuccessful, and that is the premise of "staticness", particularly of the staticness of science and technology. Consider: what may be an "undesirable species" today may subsequently come to be understood by science to be a key component of the ecosystem supporting human life, or indeed, all life, such as to eliminate it would be to ultimately doom mankind to a death by "cascading consequences" of the "depopulation" (unless of course one managed so keep DNA samples of such species in an ark, for cloning and "resurrection" in case we "guess wrongly", and, cross your fingers, we're able to clone enough to avert the catastrophe in time). Indeed, I have pointed out that when the Venetian Republic's banksters first proposed the idea of a maximum human population carrying capacity for the planet, their "learned and scientific estimation" was one billion people. True enough, with the agricultural and medicinal science of their day, that estimate may have been accurate. But the trouble is, science and technology do not stand still.  There may indeed be maximum carrying capacities, but we do not have a sufficiently developed science of dynamic change in complex macrosystems to know what it is, and I strongly suggest that anyone claiming to know what an "undesirable species" is, is subject to the same problems of the implicit staticness and hence falsity of all such Malthusian proposals.

And that, I submit, is why we're not looking simply at "emergency contingency planning" with this document. We're looking at some sick individuals' template and plan of action.

See you on the flip side...

    “Brothers Humans, Sisters Humans,
You may have heard of transhumanism and of transhumanists ; of a mysterious threat, fanatical
group, society of scientists and industrialists – discreet and powerful – whose intrigues and stated
objective are to liquidate the human specie, to replace it with the higher race – “enhanced”- of
Men-Machines. A species resulting from eugenics, from the convergincg technologies- nano,
bio, info, cogno (NBIC) and from huge advances in science.
You may have heard the ultimatum – cynical and provocative – from a ‘researcher in
cybernetics’ : “There will be people who will be implanted, hybridized, they will dominate the
world. The others who will not, will be no more useful than cows grazing in a field”. [1]
And more : “Those who will decide to remain human and refuse the ‘improvements’ will be
singularly handicapped. They will constitute a subspecies of future chimpanzees”. [2]
    (…)
You can’t stop progress and left stands for progress. Being leftist means claiming the right and means for all to human-machine hybridization, a public service of eugenics, a new branch of social wellfare.

However, we, chimpanzees of the future, we have not lost, and the machine has not won.
Human is a fight in progress as long as he does not give up, and he does not give up as long as he thinks things and tell them with words. Naming something is to form an idea and ideas have inevitable consequences. We must keep the words and name things with the right word. We need to
formulate ideas with their inescapable consequences.

Transhumanists have but one idea : technology.
We – chimpanzees of the future – have only one technology : ideas.

However, ideas are more active, more nimble, more powerful than any technology; they are
swifter and more powerful than the Internet and electricity.”

Interesting PDF article. I suspect the transhumanist are but one faction among several that were created (or promoted) to achieve certain objectives. Puppet master’s greatest threat is that the most powerful puppets may wrest away control; so it is necessary to create multiple, opposing idealogical factions to play off one and another. Religion, of which transhumanism is but another recently developed one, is a very good way to manipulate and radicalize groups to play off and destroy each other. You notice the claim that the ultimate battle is really a spiritual one keeps coming up, often with a snicker by those at the top. People assume it’s between good and evil but I suspect it is really a battle between the world’s main religious factions. I also suspect transhumanisim is merely a propped up puppet and not the true puppet master.

Humanity is rife with bad managers, who would target the more adaptable owl to preserve the one who is less so; never mind the two can interbreed! Let us also credit those humans who choose to live in eastern Montana, who whine that plains herd animals are getting in their way, as clueless gubernut “officials” scribble out mass death decrees on paper. Bad management. As to pet “ownership”…while there may be a moral issue with creating and maintaining species that are 100% dependent on the ministrations of a human being for survival, it’s likely human beings will someday evolve from the desire to have that type of lordship over animals. The elites have offered to make humanity their “pets”, and most of humanity has accepted the offer. Those who continue to accept dependence must learn to live with what the master decides. Change this by taking responsibility; it’s easier to change your mind that it is to change your clothes. Stop accepting the offer, to the extent you can do so. Baby steps. Thought. Care. Action. This has always been, and will always be, a spiritual war. Jmho.

You would think the Universities would understand that if their theory of evolution is true then it stands to reason that evolution is not through with evolving. Hybridization and migration of different species into new areas and eco systems is not only perfectly natural it is historically the norm. I remember when our not so great thinkers and leaders wanted to wipe out wild horses in North America because they considered them an invasive species. In reality the fossil record shows the horse species originated in North America and migrated into Europe, Asia, and Africa before being hunted into extinction in it’s original homeland in the Americas by the invasive human species that immigrated out of Africa and into the Americas. We call that invasive human species Native Americans by the way. So the horse has finally returned back to it’s historic homeland after all these years and is not an invasive species at all. The original south eastern US red wolf is likely a wolf/coyote hybrid. A modern day evolved new species formed from the natural hybridization between two similar species to best adapt to a new environment. And our not so enlightened great thinkers, leaders, and University proffessors want to extinct this newly evolved species as well. Evolution is not done and is part of what keeps life going and growing stronger. It is vital not to try and stop it and keep things stagnant.

In one’s view, this guideline is just that, a guideline for dealing with calamity involving animal populations (large-medium-small) under duress and/or afflicted beyond the means of recovery through veterinarian intervention. . . . From one of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) dot org sites pertaining to this guideline::
. . . . . “These guidelines support advanced planning for possible emergency situations, including natural disasters like floods, fires, and earthquakes; non-natural disasters, such as terrorism, war, or toxic chemical spills; contagious animal diseases; and zoonotic or pandemic disease. The guidelines clearly convey that depopulation is only to be carried out in response to serious emergencies or crises; and that animals should not be depopulated under ordinary circumstances.” . . . . . . . . .
These guidelines come up when disease, natural disasters, toxic exposures to debilitating chemicals, urban animal control, chronic wasting disease, and the like, as well as with dangerous animals from the wild finding their way into close human habitation and cause human suffering from attack. One recent example of such concerns and usage would be those deployed shortly after that Texas Panhandle Fire in late February and early March 2024. Herd animals were reduced to curtail animal suffering from fire exposure beyond veterinarian capacity to render assistance toward recovery.
Reviewing the Veterinarian’s Oath: (from Wiki). The Veterinarian’s Oath, adopted by the American Veterinary Medical Association’s House of Delegates July 1969, and amended by the AVMA Executive Board, November 1999 and December 2010::
. . . “Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine, I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the protection of animal health and welfare, the prevention and relief of animal suffering, the conservation of animal resources, the promotion of public health, and the advancement of medical knowledge.
I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics. I accept as a lifelong obligation the continual improvement of my professional knowledge and competence.” . . .

Then again there are those of the upright simian type, nefarious in their deeds and mindset, that have shown nasty outcomes toward similar upright simian types for personal gain and worse. To say little about what the 60’s introduced into the fold pertaining to population limitations. Or what contaminants and pollutants (hard rock mining, for instance, or deep-sea drilling) are currently wreaking havoc with populations and gaining. No subtropic shoreline is exempt from toxic tide or red tide toxicity.
Then there are those who seek an existence off world escaping Malthus’ theory, that [Malthusian trap] where population increases, and the means of subsistence come into mind and are limiting, if not conflicting. Since when, especially now, must humankind be limited to Terra incognito despite all its wonders and pitfalls yet to be discovered. There was a time when this malleable spheroid was the only game in the cosmos. Some argue, the only planetary Zoo in this region of the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way.
Control and fear mongering through conquest seem the actual impediments toward resolving any imagined or perceived calamity. There should be an Oath for those pretending any science background for accountability that is quick and decisive.
The deep seas are already an issue with pollutants entering the seas and merging with deep-sea gyres. Drilling and mining exacerbate mounting concerns of environmental contaminants.
What seems more urgent is the need for responsible use of the resources available instead of the exploitation for profit excuse.
Besides some seemingly repetitious sections until the details arrived at, one thing that was noticeable was the section on firearms. A lot of detail there. Another matter was a lack of what to do about biomatter displacement. Something one would have expected if contaminants, nuclear-biological-chemical afflicted were encountered. Bacterial decay can be a considerable source of toxins and contaminants not to mention insect transmission or dispersal forms. Probably where one would divert to HAZMAT specialists and teams. There’s already an issue with spontaneous environmental contacts and weather modification techniques.
And then there are those building bunkers because they can.
There’s a great deal to expand on in this guideline to include plant based populations and microscopic animals, as well as microscopic forms of the gut biome.

The Guardian has been running a ‘nudge’ campaign against pet ownership since at least 2009:
    https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2009/nov/13/ethical-living-carbon-emissions
    https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2017/aug/01/should-we-stop-keeping-pets-why-more-and-more-ethicists-say-yes
    https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/feb/04/want-to-truly-have-empathy-for-animals-stop-owning-pets

I know too well, when living alone, how one’s humanity is preserved by owning a pet. I can only guess that the real aim of these Peter Singer-style “ethicists” is dehumanisation of the ‘rough ashlar” in preparation for technocratic dystopia.

Everything God made is likely obsolete to the insane, greedy, control freaks at the top. With gene splicing and GMO technology all life can now be redesigned to serve all their whims and needs. New chimera human animal hybrids can be designed for specific tasks. Many of the forest animals and vegetation serves them no purpose so is taking up THEIR space and needs to be eradicated and replaced with newly designed GMO vegetation, insectoids, and animal splices that will all serve as an artful amusement or useful function. If anything doesn’t please or is useful to them it will be erraticated and something will be genetically designed to replace them that is.

Woke up this AM to yahoo headlines that the Federal Government had plans to kill a half million West Coast Owls. Ironic “wisdom”, in that owls supposedly symbolized wisdom. Although, it is their occult symbolism of animal flesh in ritual sacrifice; that in reality, most likely targets them.
Then I pull up Dr. Farrell’s blog, and it’s deja vu. Another symbolism of the entropic nature of the deep physics; breaking down, under the radar.
    To today’s post…
The old too many saw that’s been being bloodied for thousands of years, if not much longer.
“They” will read too many into too few, every chance they get – manufactured or not.
Pulling out all the stops; while holding no punches.
Whatever “they” are; we certainly know what their not – human.
The more these “its” – ink…
The more “they” look like an alien invasion that’s implementing…
    ungodly alien policies.

Where have all the humans gone[in leadership roles]?
Yep. “they’re” gearing up to put the ghost in their govt/corp press machine narratives.
[ghosts bein programmed ai’s – to suicide humans/animals by any means possible]

Now I wonder “WHO” would be in charge of such a globalized diabolical endeavor?

This is the CIA’s Jim Jones’ Jonestown, writ globally large.
Just get the populations accustomed to being programmed for… ?
Their own safety – of course!

Oops! I’m afraid those with blue eyes – have to go!
    For the safety of all.
    For the good of all.
    A few must bend over.

Hopefully, “they” dumbed down and Jones’ed the majority of the population.
It’s those who think for themselves that are the real danger.
A danger to the alien few.. non human evils; that are planning – these Earthling genocides.

skimming through the document cited, I found this in the section on “how to kill humanely:”

“Ultrapotent opioids are highly effective at causing death, but they pose extreme hazards to personnel because of their high potency. Special licensing requirements and difficulty in obtaining the agents in an emergent basis would further limit their ability to be used for depopulation of companion animals. These agents may be best reserved for darting of feral animals; if death has not occurred within minutes of immobilization, a secondary method should be employed.”
