400,000,000 MILLION YEAR OLD MACHINE IN KAMCHATKA???

Here's one for the record books, if it proves to be true (and we can already hear the howls of protest from academia...but more about that later). It seems that a 400,000,000 year old machine has been unearthed in the Kamchatka peninsula in extreme eastern Russia: Machine dated at 400 million years found in Russia As I've blogged here before, and written about in some of my books, such unusual artifacts are not unknown to Michael Cremo and Richard Thompson of Forbidden Archeology fame. The last couple of days I've been showing the enlargements of Mr. Paul McNamara in the United Kingdom of some of the strange things found in the following NASA image of the Mars spirit rover. Yesterday I mentioned my recent acquisition of "alternative archeologist" Michael Cremo's little book, The Forbidden Archeologist, a compilation of some of the articles and essays he has written over the years for Atlantis Rising magazine. Chapter 17 of this book, "Extraterrestrial Archeology Goes Mainstream" is a thought-provoking little essay on the fact that, like it or not, that "mainstream scientists are moving in our direction"(p. 84), with the "our" referring here to the alternative research community.
